Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (CALISTOGA)in the presence of Trainer L D Silva that his instruction were to sit close 2nd and do his best in the straight which he could not follow due to the interference he received at about the 900 mtrs and thereafter did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs. 3000/ for failing to persevere with his mount in the initial stages of the race thereby placing his mount at a disadvantage.

Black PowerBLACK POWER (Md. Ismail) trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised for a better performance in future.

Ashhad Asbar (LAST WISH) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his instructions were to sit off the pace, not to brush in the initial stages of the race and to do his best in the straight which he tried to follow but got beat in the final stages of the race was not accepted and the Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/ for failing to ride out his mount to complete advantage in the final stages of the race and was cautioned to ensure that similar lapses do not occur in future.
Shadow Of The MoonJockey Mukesh Kumar (SHADOW OF THE MOON) was severely reprimanded for dropping his hands in the final 150 mtrs though on a beaten horse.

Bien PensantJockey Surya Prakash (BIEN PENSANT) was cautioned to be more vigorous in his efforts to be well up with the field in the initial stages of the race.
