The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. In view of its repeated behaviour, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.

Trainer Mrs. Parvati Byramji was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

SantorinoAn enquiry was held on 26th June, 2023 by the Stipendiary Steward into the improper manner of riding by Jockey S. Saqlain, the rider of SANTORINO in the above race. In that he allowed his mount and took a lead from the 600 Metres, thereby riding in an ill judge manner, whereby he finished a close 3rd. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to S. Saqlain from 6th July, 2023 to 9th July, 2023 (Both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Improper Riding on his mount SANTORINO (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
ShubankarAs Jockey C. Umesh was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. Warren Singh to declare Jockey K. Sai Kiran to ride SHUBANKAR in place of the declared rider.
Pink JasmineJockey Shreyas Singh S, the rider of PINK JASMINE reported that his saddle shifted forward at the 1400 Metres as such he could not offer full assistance to his mount thereafter. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.S.S. Attaollahi was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.
