The BlissfulelyseeTHE BLISSFULELYSEE (M Naveen) reared up, fell down and hit its head very badly to the ground while rolling inside the paddock and thereafter succumbed to the head injury in the paddock. THE BLISSFULELYSEE (M Naveen) – Was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starters Order.
Sunlit PathPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Irfan Ghatala to withdraw SUNLIT PATH (B R Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it sustained bleeding injury on left hind coronet while travelling from Bangalore Turf Club to Mysore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sea DiamondThe Stipendiary Stewards questioned Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas for the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of his charge, SEA DIAMOND (P Sai Kumar), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 17 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2024, run on Third Day, Thursday, 12th September, 2024, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows; a) This horse has run under his charge four times, all in different distances. Prior to that, under Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah’s charge, this horse had won a mile race; b) This horse had not shown its true potential when it ran four times under him, including its previous run in Mysore over five and a half furlongs; c) Because of this reason, he had tried running this charge in various distances, but to no avail and hence on the advise of his rider, who was also working this filly in the morning, he decided to try it over a mile; d) In this race, he had instructed his rider to take a good jump and sit well up with the Pace and to ride out in the Straight. His rider rode accordingly and eventually just about won the Race. Not satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; a) To fine Trainer Mr. Kishan Thomas a sum of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of his charge, SEA DIAMOND (P Sai Kumar), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 17 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2024, run on Third Day, Thursday, 12th September, 2024, when ridden by the same rider, it ran unplaced; Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b f SEA DIAMOND.
Double VisionDOUBLE VISION (Abhishek Mhatre) was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.
Stone HouseJockey Prabhu Kumar M, the rider of STONE HOUSE was reprimanded for taking an unduly long lead right from the Start till 400 metres of the race.

ElevadoPermission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw ELEVADO (Arvind Kumar N) on veterinary grounds as it was burst its blood vessels, during morning track work on 26/9/2024. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Furious FunJockey Dhanu Singh Deora, the rider of FURIOUS FUN was fined Rs.2,000/ for taking an unduly lead rounding the bend.
Magic CircleMAGIC CIRCLE (A R Pradeep) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. FelicitaFELICITA (Koshi Kumar) was observed to be galloping erratically after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. FELICITA (Koshi Kumar) – Was extremely fractious and delayed the start considerably. Advised to give adequate Gate Practice.
Deemed To FireJockey Angad the rider of DEEMED TO FIRE was fined Rs.3,000/ for failing to maintain his position rounding the bend for no apparent reason.
RaazJockey Md. Imran Ashraf the rider of RAAZ was fined Rs.3,000/ for the inept handling of his mount in the closing stages of the race.
City Of HustleJockey Saqlain S the rider of CITY OF HUSTLE reported that his mount was inclined to run out rounding the bend. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.

4 (45) THE RANGA FAMILY TROPHY (DIV-I)

Golden SparshGOLDEN SPARSH (Abhishek Mhatre) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. Jockey Abhishek Mahtre, the rider of GOLDEN SPARSH, reported that his saddle shifted back, rounding the final bend, and as such, he could not offer any assistance to his mount thereafter; After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. M Bipin V Salvi was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling. 5 (46) THE M.B.APPAYA MEMORIAL TROPHY

AralinaJockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ARALINA (Saqlain S), on his inside, approaching the 400 Metres.
StellantisAt the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was held immediately after the Race to look into the start of the race in particular. Jockey Suraj Narredu, the rider of STELLANTIS, drawn Nine, reported after the Race that, “just as the start was to be effected, his mount suddenly got restless and suddenly hit the front of the stall and as a result, my stall opened forcefully, a fraction of a second before the actual start being affected by the Starter” and as such, he thought that it was a false start. The Stewards viewed the Start of the race and perused the CCTV replays of all the available angles. They also examined the Starters, Mr. Kiran M and Mr. Shanmukha Swamy K S and recorded their statements. After due discussions and after detailed discussions, the Stewards concluded that due to STELLANTIS banging the front of its stall, its stall opened a fraction of a second earlier than the other Stalls, but this incident did not create an undue advantage to any rider in the above Race. Thus, the Stewards decided a fair start was given in the above Race and hence decided not to alter the Judges Placings of the above Race.
D Gold StarD GOLD STAR (Brahmmesh S) accidentally brushed the Railings, approaching the 1200 Metres.
PeyoJockey Hemant Chandragiri, the rider of PEYO, was reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the bend and after entering the Straight.
Prince CorporatePRINCE CORPORATE (Rajesh K) accidentally brushed the Railings, approaching the 1100 Metres.
KingofthejungleJockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing ARALINA (Saqlain S), on his inside, approaching the 400 Metres.
