Ashwa Parth	At the start, BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.7) jumped inwards and made contact with DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.6). Soon after the start, LADY DI (R. Ajinkya) shifted in thereby inconveniencing DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat). Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned. After the race, App. Kirtish Bhagat (DRAGONLORD) reported that his mount hungin the straight. Tr. P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, DRAGONLORD was trotted and found to be sound.
Goldiva	Approaching the 400 meters, GOLDIVA (P. Trevor) shifted out under urging and carried BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad) outwards. Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned.

House Of Lords	At the start, HOUSE OF LORDS (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.3) jumped outwards and went across ADONIS (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.4) who was marginally slow to begin.
Better Half	At the start, BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.7) jumped inwards and made contact with DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.6). Approaching the 400 meters, GOLDIVA (P. Trevor) shifted out under urging and carried BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad) outwards. Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned.
Moon Belle	After the race, MOON BELLE was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Adonis	At the start, HOUSE OF LORDS (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.3) jumped outwards and went across ADONIS (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.4) who was marginally slow to begin. After the race, Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe (ADONIS) that his mount reared up as the start was effected.

Almas	At the request of Trainer S. K. Sunderji, ALMAS was examined in the stable area at 6.15 p.m. on 26/11/2022 and was found to be lame by right hind, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Dilbar	Soon after the start, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter, dr.8) shifted in at the same time DON’T BE SHY (S. G. Prasad, dr.5) leaned outwards thereby tightening and inconveniencing IMPERMANANCE (App. P. Vinod, dr.6) and ARBITRAGE (K. Nazil, dr.7) drawn between them. Passing 900 meters, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening and inconveniencing HELA (Bhawani Singh) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not being satisfied with the explanation, he has been fine Rs.2,000/. App. A. S. Peter (DILBAR) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Hela	Passing 900 meters, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening and inconveniencing HELA (Bhawani Singh) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not being satisfied with the explanation, he has been fine Rs.2,000/. After the race, HELA was trotted and found to be sound and RISING BRAVE had gum injury.
Phanta	PHANTA (S. J. Sunil, dr. 10) took a fly jump thereby losing about 3 lengths at the start. After the race, Jockey S. J. Sunil (PHANTA) reported that his mount leanedin in the stall and was not allowing him to settle. Tr. M. Narredu has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Rising Brave	After the race, HELA was trotted and found to be sound and RISING BRAVE had gum injury.
Habibi	Passing the 700 metres, HABIBI (Neeraj Rawal) leaned inwards thereby inconveniencing DON’T BE SHY (S. G. Prasad) who had to be steadied. Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been cautioned.
Arbitrage	Soon after the start, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter, dr.8) shifted in at the same time DON’T BE SHY (S. G. Prasad, dr.5) leaned outwards thereby tightening and inconveniencing IMPERMANANCE (App. P. Vinod, dr.6) and ARBITRAGE (K. Nazil, dr.7) drawn between them.

Son Of A Gun	SON OF A GUN (C. S. Jodha, dr.6) shifted in thereby cutting across the field before passing the red marker. Jockey C. S. Jodha has been cautioned and asked to be more careful in the future.
Mojito	Approaching the 1000 metres, MOJITO (N. S. Parmar) leaned outwards onto PETRONIA (K. Nazil) who had to be steadied. Jockey N. S. Parmar has been cautioned.
Pure	At the start, PURE (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.4) jumped outwards onto PRIDE’S ANGEL (Neeraj Rawal, dr.5).
Petronia	At the start, PETRONIA (K. Nazil, dr.7) jumped inwards thereby brushing the gates. Approaching the 1000 metres, MOJITO (N. S. Parmar) leaned outwards onto PETRONIA (K. Nazil) who had to be steadied. Jockey N. S. Parmar has been cautioned.
Dexa	After the race, PRIDE’S ANGEL and DEXA were trotted and found to be sound.

At the request of Trainer M. K. Jadhav, SERRANO was examined in the stable area at 6.10 p.m. on 24/11/2022 and was found to be lame, the gelding was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

Sussing	SUSSING (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.15) who was in the adjoining stall of NORD (R. Shelar, dr.14) got restless and started lashing out. The mare was taken out and examined by the Clubs Sr. V.O. and found to have bleeding injuries on left shank inside, right elbow outside and gum injury as certified unfit to race and was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order.
Nord	After being stalled, NORD (R. Shelar, dr.14) played up and hooked one of its fore legs in the adjoining stall as such the horse was taken out and examined by the Clubs Sr. V.O. who certified him fit to race. Thereafter, he refused to be stalled and therefore he was withdrawn before coming under Starters order. Tr. H. J. Antia has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the colt to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. SUSSING (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.15) who was in the adjoining stall of NORD (R. Shelar, dr.14) got restless and started lashing out. Sunil and not being satisfied with the explanation, his Jockeys licence has been suspended for one day i.e. on 18th December’ 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Willy Wonkaa	Passing the 1400 meters, SHADOWS (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings onto TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) who in turn shifted in thereby bumping and tightening WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) along the rails. Due to this incident both TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) and WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) had to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not been satisfied with the explanation, his Jockeys licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on 18th December 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race). Power Of Thor	App. Mustakim Alam (POWER OF THOR) was observed to have ridden in an improper manner whereby he had used his reins to tap the horse in the last 300 metres. An enquiry has been initiated into this incident and a report will be submitted shortly.
Shadows	Passing the 1400 meters, SHADOWS (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings onto TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) who in turn shifted in thereby bumping and tightening WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) along the rails. Due to this incident both TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) and WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) had to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not been satisfied with the explanation, his Jockeys licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on 18th December 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Royal Castle	After the race, ROYAL CASTLE was trotted and found to be sound.
Nairobi	Passing the 1400 meters, SHADOWS (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings onto TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) who in turn shifted in thereby bumping and tightening WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) along the rails. Due to this incident both TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) and WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) had to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Dalasan	Jockey Amyn Merchant (DALASAN) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Slam Dunk	Approaching the 800 metres, C’EST L’AMOUR (App. Mustakim Alam) shifted in thereby tightening SLAM DUNK (R. Shelar) causing the latter to check and drop back.
Regal Prince	REGAL PRINCE (App. N. K. Ashish) was observed to have ran detached from the field. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future.
