Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds. Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
LegionaryJockey Angad, the rider of LEGIONARY, was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to horses on his outside, viz., D UNITED (M Rajesh Kumar) and PERCEVALE (V R Jagdeesh), soon after the Start.

Copper SunriseKINGOFTHEJUNGLE (M Rajesh Kumar) jumped out awkwardly at the start thereby inconveniencing COPPER SUNRISE (Angad), on its outside and thereafter veered out to the left, due to which the rider lost his right stirrup, which he regained nearing 700 metres.
Beat The OddsIt was reported after the Race that BEAT THE ODDS (R Shiva Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

News MakerNEWS MAKER (J Paswan) planted and took no part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
War SongJockey, P Kiran Rai, the rider of WAR SONG was fined Rs.5,000/ for shifting `in’ and causing severe interference to INFINITE GRACE (Salman Khan) on his inside which in turn went on to BACCHUS (M J GautamRajUrs) and MORGANITE (Afsar Khan) on its inside, passing the 1200 Metres.

MORGANITE (Afsar Khan) accidentally stumbled passing the 200 Metres. INFINITE GRACE (Salman Khan) sustained bruise above right hind hock.

Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of INFINITE GRACE was reprimanded for shifting `out’ and causing intereference to SWISS TIGRESS (M Rajesh Kumar) on his outside passing 1200 metres. MORGANITE (Afsar Khan) accidentally stumbled passing the 200 Metres. INFINITE GRACE (Salman Khan) sustained bruise above right hind hock.

5 (54) THE K.T.SHAMAIAH GOWDA MEMORIAL TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 60 & ABOVE		 1400M

GhyamaGHYAMA (Inayat) dropped the rider, bolted and ran around the course rider less. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders.
AchookJockey Vinod Shinde the rider of ACHOOK, could not get a clear run between th 300 Metres and the 150 Metres, due to tightly packed field.
HeroismAs Jockey Arshad Alam, the declared rider of HEROISM, failed the prerace breathalyzer test, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa to substitute Jockey Shreyas Singh to ride HEROISM, in place of Jockey Arshad Alam, the declared rider. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey, Arshad Alam, the rider of HEROISM, to the Stewards for breach of Rule No. 101 (iii) read with Calendar Notification of the Racing Calendar of the Mysore Race Club Ltd., Rules of Racing, under the heading “ALCOHOL TESTING FOR RIDERS”, in that, he failed the prerace Breathalyzer Test [33 mg/100 ml as against the prescribed threshold limit of 30 mg/100 ml]. the Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Arshad Alam. After due enquiry, the Stewards decided to suspend the Jockey’s License granted to Jockey Arshad Alam from 08102023 to 13102023 [both days inclusive, for breach of Rule No. 101 (iii) read with Calendar Notification of the Racing Calendar of the Mysore Race Club Rules of Racing, under the heading “ALCOHOL TESTING FOR RIDERS”. Jockey Arshad Alam was informed that he can ride work and was also informed of his right to appeal.

War TrailIt was observed that WAR TRAIL (Inayat) was running erratic rounding the bend and after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Santosh Rao S [deputizing on behalf of Trainer Mr. Sharat Kumar] was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

8 (57) THE SON OF THE LIGHT PLATE (DIV-I)
