As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the explanation was taken. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed the gelding became lame on right fore.
King ImmortalExplanation of Jockey Imran Chisty (KING IMMORTAL) that whilst riding in front bunch, suddenly at about the 1100 mtrs he felt something wrong with the horse as such he gradually pulled up his mount and dismounted from the horse. As this confirmed our observation and the incident being purely accidental, no action beyond noting the explanation was taken. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding sustained complete closed fracture of left fore during running of the race.
