1	(19)	THE GRAND PASSION PLATE (DIV-II) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1400M

River Memories	RIVER MEMORIES (James Doyle) hung out for most part of the final 200 metres. Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Brief Encounter (O)	Between 400 metres and 200 metres KRUG (Malcolm Kharadi) was disappointed for a clear run as BRIEF ENCOUNTER (Paul Mulrennan) kept an erratic course. After the race, BRIEF ENCOUNTER was found to have an abrasion on the left hind pastern. KRUG, BLUSH and TATTENHOE were found sound but TATTENHOE had coughed during the veterinary examination.
Krug	An enquiry has been initiated into the running and riding of KRUG and a report will be submitted shortly.
Blush	Trainer Narendra Lagad has been fined Rs.5000/ for declaring Jockey Adrian Nicholls in more number of races than he was eligible to ride in. BLUSH (H.G. Rathod) hungin throughout the race. At the start, the filly shifted in and inconvenienced TATTENHOE (J Chinoy). Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.

2	(20)	THE SIR H.M. MEHTA TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1600M

Angelo (O)	After the race, ANGELO was found to have an abrasion on the right hind coronet.
Ecstatica	On questioning, Jockey Y. S. Srinath (ECSTATICA) stated that his instructions were to ride his own race, He informed that the filly runs away when shown day light early and hence he had ridden her in check. The explanation was noted.

3	(21)	THE GRAND PASSION PLATE (DIV-I) A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 46	1400M

River Gem	RIVER GEM was reluctant to proceed to the start. Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures to ensure that the gelding proceeds to the starting gates on time, before next accepting with him to race. On arrival at the Starting Gate, RIVER GEM (Imran Chisty) was examined by the Club’s Sr.V.O. at the request of the Jockey and was found to be sore by the right fore leg. As such, the gelding was certified unfit to race and hence was withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under Starter’s orders. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race..
Bruckner	Jockey Paul Mulrennan (BRUCKNER) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. The jockey explained that the horse was inclined to lugin and therefore he had used the whip as a corrective measure. The explanation was noted and no action has been initiated against the jockey.
Tyumen	Near 1200 metres, TYUMEN (Y.S. Srinath) was eased off the heels of BRUCKNER (Paul Mulrennan).
Honey Bee	After the race, HONEY BEE was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
The Brave Heart	At the start, THE BRAVE HEART (Vikram Jodha) was tightened for room when CALYPSO QUEN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.1) and BRUCKNER (Paul Mulrennan, dr.4) converged on the gelding as both the other horses jumped out awkwardly.

4	(22)	THE HIGH PARTY PLATE TERMS - 2 year old maidens only	1200M

Ocean Touch

OCEAN TOUCH (James Doyle) luggedin in the final stages of the race. Trainer S. K. Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding. After the race, CONFEDERATION and OCEAN TOUCH were found to be sound. MOONLIGHT ROMANCE had an abrasion on the left hind fetlock and pastern.

5	(23)	THE RED RUFUS TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 80 & ABOVE	1200M

Red Indian(O)	Jockey Imran Chisty (RED INDIAN) and Jockey N. G. McCullagh (ROMANTIC IMPACT) have been fined Rs. 1000/ each for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on their respective mount. After the race LAGO MEDIO and RED INDIAN were found to be sound.
Romantic Impact	ROMANTIC IMPACT (N.G.McCullagh) kept leaning on the rear flap and was not allowing his rider to settle. SHYBOY (Shailesh Shinde) was restless in the stall. Trainers Dallas Todywalla and S.S.Shah have been asked to give their respective charge more gate practice before next accepting with them to race.
Lago Medio	After being loaded, LAGO MEDIO (J.Chinoy) was restless and kept rearing up in the stall resulting in losing about 6 lengths at the start. Trainer Faisal A.Abbas has been asked to show the gelding in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting with him to race.

6	(24)	THE TOTE ON THE TURF SPRINT MILLION TERMS - 3 years old only	1200M

Forever Young	At the start, FOREVER YOUNG (Suraj Narredu) jumped out awkwardly towards the outside and in trying to correct his mount, shifted in and caused interference to TEQUILA (Adrian Nicholls). Since the incident was accidental, no action has been initiated against anyone.
Nefyn	Between 400 metres and 250 metres, NEFYN (Y.S. Srinath) was ridden in check and steadied due to lack of room to progress in the race and was ridden out once the gelding was maneuvered around BLUE DANUBE (CD Hayes) and switched towards the outside. On questioning, Trainer Bezan Chenoy stated that the horse did not get an opening and the horse may not have shown the kind of turn of foot as the work schedule of the horse was disturbed due to the prevailing weather conditions.
Semper Eadem	Approaching 200 metres, SEMPER EADEM (Neeraj Rawal) shifted out and forced OUR FORTUNE (B. Prakash) to shift out, who in turn took the running of RIVER STAR (James Doyle) who was checked and in the process shifted out and was eased off the heels of BLUE DANUBE (C. D. Hayes). After the race, RIVER STAR, SEMPER EADEM and TEQUILA were found to be sound.

7	(25)	THE A.C. ARDESHIR TROPHY (GR.3) TERMS - 3 YEARS OLD & UPWARD	1600M

Rhapsidion Snow	RHAPSIDION SNOW (David Allan) was inclined to lugout in the final stages, as such, Trainer S. Padmanabhan has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare. After the race, RHAPSIDION SNOW was found to be sound but had an abrasion on the right fore pastern.
Mother's Pride	Jockey S.A. De Sousa (MOTHER’S PRIDE) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Juventus	After the race, JUVENTUS was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The colt has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Personified	PERSONIFIED (B.Prakash) was placed fifth and CONGRATS (C.Ruzaan) was placed sixth by the Judge, in this race.
Secret Pilgrim (O)	Trainer Imtiaz A Sait has been fined Rs. 2000/ i.e. Rs.1000/ each for bringing his charges, SECRET PILGRIM and CONGRATS, late into the Paddock. Both the horses were brought into the Paddock as the other runners were leaving the Paddock.

8	(26)	LA DITTA JAPAN CRYSTAL TROPHY A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 66	1000M

Hereafter	At the start, HEREAFTER (NG McCullagh) jumped out awkwardly towards the inside and went on to ESTEVEZ (SA De Sousa). Shortly afterwards, HIGHLAND FLAME (M Fenton) lugged in and tightened HEREAFTER on to ESTEVEZ. Trainer S.K.Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures with his charge HIGHLAND FLAME before next accepting to race with the filly. Jockey N.G.McCullagh (HEREAFTER) has been fined Rs.3000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount.
Estevez	In the final 200 metres, ESTEVEZ (S.A.De Sousa) and HIGHLAND MUSIC (Imran Chisty) hung out. Trainers Sanjay Kolse and H.J.Antia have been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting with their respective charge. Jockey S.A. De Sousa (ESTEVEZ) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. No action was initiated against Jockey S.A. De Sousa since he had used his whip as a corrective measure.
Blazing Spectacle	An enquiry has been initiated in to the running and riding of BLAZING SPECTACLE and a report will be submitted shortly.
Check Her Out	CHECK HER OUT (App.M.A.Roushan) was reluctant to be stalled. As the filly had behaved in a similar manner in her previous outing, Trainer Faisal A.Abbas has been asked to show the filly in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting with her to race.
Highland Flame	In the final 200 metres, HIGHLAND FLAME (M Fenton) was observed to be uncomfortable as such Sr. VO was requested to examine the filly and he reported that no abnormality was detected.
Hymns To Freedom	At the start, HYMNS OF FREEDOM (S.N.Chavan) jumped out awkwardly and shortly afterwards was hampered in its running when CARAMEL (Vikram Jodha) lugged and shifted inwards. After the race, HYMNS TO FREEDOM had lost its right fore plate. HIGHLAND FLAME and HIGHLAND MUSIC were found to be sound.
Aflatoon	After the race, TITAN was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.

9	(27)	THE SCORPIO PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 60 TO 86	1400M

Irish Queen [ire]	After the race, IRISH QUEEN (IRE) and POLARISER were found to be sound.
Cabriolet	CABRIOLET (Paul Mulrennan) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer P.Shroff has been asked to give the gelding more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter during morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Polariser	Soon after the start, POLARISER (Shailesh Shinde) shifted in and took the ground of IRISH QUEEN (IRE) who itself had shifted out due to the inside horses, CABRIOLET and AMAZING RAY, shifting out. The matter was reported to the Stewards. The Stewards interviewed Jockey Shailesh Shinde and having viewed the video recording of the race, decided that the incident was accidental since the inside field also shifted out which may have had a bearing on the incident.

10	(28)	THE STAR ADMIRAL PLATE A Handicap for Horses rated 1 TO 26	1200M

Prince Of Troy	Jockey Adrian Nicholls (PRINCE OF TROY) reported the loss of whip near 400 metres.
White Hart Lane	At the start, WHITE HART LANE (Imran Chisty) was inclined to lugout and went on to BRAVADO (R.P. Cleary) who was tightened. Shortly thereafter, BRAVADO was steadied and ridden in check when denied sufficient room as BLAU HIMMEL (App Shammi Khan) shifted in to take position. After entering the straight, WHITE HART LANE lugged out and carried STEP BY STEP (J Chinoy) outwards. Trainer Adil Dajee has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race with his charge WHITE HART LANE.
Mia Stella	MIA STELLA (N.G.McCullagh) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer C.D.Katrak has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and to show her to the satisfaction of the Starter during morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Sardinia(OLD)	After the race, SARDINIA was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated period of 4 weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
Secret Affair	Near 800 metres, ABOVE ALL (Vikram Jodha) shifted in and forced SECRET AFFAIR (J Pradeep) to shift in, who in turn forced CHOPASNI (App Kavraj Singh) to shift in and was awkwardly placed behind VENCE (Malcolm Kharadi) and was checked. Soon thereafter, ABOVE ALL took the running of SECRET AFFAIR (J Pradeep) who was checked and while losing position caused interference to ROSES ALL THE WAY (App Ishwar Pardeshi). Jockey Vikram Jodha has been fined Rs.2000/ for failing to exercise proper control over his mount.
Roses All The Way	After the race, WHITE HART LANE, SECRET AFFAIR, ROSES ALL THE WAY and BLAU HIMMEL were found to be sound.
