The Club`s Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the gelding reported that there was no abnormalities were found. Trainer Mr.P.Krishna was informed to ensure that his charge was capable of running with the field before next accepting with it.

3 (32) THE BE SAFE PLATE (DIV-II)

LakshanamLAKSHANAM (Nikhil Naidu) walked out of the gates and tried to veer outwards before being controlled by the rider losing about 8 lengths in the process.Starting stall Certificate Revoked. An objection lodged by Jockey Shahar Babu, the rider of WISAKA placed 4th by the judge against Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of LAKSHANAM placed 2nd by the judge for ` at the 150 metres my horse was full of running and Nikhil Naidu, the rider of LAKSHANAM cut across sharply whereby i got checked and had to break my horses strides costing me a certain place.` was heard by the Stewards. The Stewards viewed the CCTV replay of the race multiple times and after examining both jockeys resolved to overrule the objection and the Judges places remained unaltered.

Trainer Mr.R.Foley was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
OcarinaOCARINA (P.Koushik) was hanging out for major part of the race and tried to drift out while negotiating the market bend despite Jockey`s efforts. The Club`s Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the filly reported that that it was found to have Asymmetrical Arytenoids cartilage during endoscopic examination and also was suffering from sore back. Trainer Mr.M.M.Uthiah deputising for Trainer Mr.Fahad Khan was informed to get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
Star Of TexasSTAR OF TEXAS (Surya Prakash) drifted wide out negotiating the market bend despite jockey`s efforts and travelled on the outer sand track till passing the 600 metres. Trainer Mr.P.Krishna was informed to take remedial measures before next accepting with it.

4 (33) THE BE SAFE PLATE (DIV-I)

MarshallMARSHALL (P.Sai Kumar) was fractious while in the stalls, got stuck inside the gates and sustained contusion to left elbow. Starting stall certificate revoked. Trainer Mr.Ramanathan R was informed to get get his charge certified fit by the Club`s Veterinary Officer before next accepting with it.
Diamond And PearlsPermission was granted to Trainer Mr.J.Sebastian to declare Jockey Shahar Babu in place of Jockey P.K.Gaddam on DIAMOND AND PEARLS .
Bright LightBRIGHT LIGHT (R Manish) was hanging out in the straight and travelled on the outer sand track in the final stages of the race. Trainer Mr.K. S. Mandanna was informed to take remedial measures before next accepting with it.
Gold SpeckPermission was granted to Trainer Mr.Raza Shehzad to declare Jockey P.Vikram in place of late Jockey Irshad Alam on GOLD SPECK.
Bold FleetBOLD FLEET (Kuldeep Singh) dropped back and stopped galloping on entering the straight. The Club`s Veterinary Officer when asked to examine the colt reported that no abnormalities were found. Trainer Mr.K. S. Mandanna was informed to ensure his charge was capable of running with the field before next accepting with it.

5 (34) THE QUEEN`S GUEST HANDICAP
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65		 1600M

PenangTrainer Mr. K. S. Mandanna was questioned with respect to the comparative performance of his charge PENANG (A Imran Khan) the winner of this race as compared to its previous run in Race no.10 run on 15th April 2021. Trainer stated that the last run was over a distance of 1300 metres and that his charge had thrown its head while negotiating the market bend and had then gradually dropped back, in this race his instructions were the same as last time to sit in the mid bunch and the extra 300 metres helped his charge. The explanation was noted for future.
GantonROMAN SENATOR (Nazar Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards forcing out GANTON (Surya Prakash) outwards causing a check to DIVINA (Nikhil Naidu) who lost about 3 to 4 lengths.
EmbraceTrainer Mr.B.Suresh and Jockey C A Brisson were questioned regarding the running and riding of EMBRACE. Jockey when questioned stated that he was instructed to hit the front maintain a 3 length lead and make his move from the 400 metres however entering the straight his mount dropped back. Trainer when questioned stated that his instructions were consistent with previous runs as the filly stops galloping of challenged, further as she was going over this distance for the first time she may have dropped back. Both explanations were noted for future.
DivinaROMAN SENATOR (Nazar Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards forcing out GANTON (Surya Prakash) outwards causing a check to DIVINA (Nikhil Naidu) who lost about 3 to 4 lengths. DIVINA (Nikhil Naidu) was denied a clear run in the straight due to the front runners.
Roman SenatorROMAN SENATOR (Nazar Alam) jumped awkwardly outwards forcing out GANTON (Surya Prakash) outwards causing a check to DIVINA (Nikhil Naidu) who lost about 3 to 4 lengths. Jockey Nazar Alam, the rider of ROMAN SENATOR was cautioned for not allowing his mount to shift out and travel on the outer sand track from the 1300 metres till about the 1200 metres for no apparent reason.

Further Jockey Shahzad Alam, the rider of FIAT JUSTITIA was severely cautioned for maintaining a wide course entering the final straight and thereafter travelling on the outer sand track. Trainer N. Rupa was fined a sum of Rs.10,000/ for improved and comparative performance of her charge MAJESTIC CHARMER (B.R.Kumar),the winner, as compared to Race no.2 and Race no.20 where it ran unplaced thus resulting in reversal of form in a short period of time.
