Guns N Roses	Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been fined Rs.3000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge GUNS N ROSES.
Blessed	BLESSED (C.S.Jodha) hung out while negotiating the bend and also in the straight and carried GUNS N ROSES (A.Sandesh) outwards and both horses brushed near 100 metres. Trainer Magansingh P.Jodha has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Festival Night	FESTIVAL NIGHT (App.Prasad) and TITLEIST (App.Nikhil Bhujbal) hung out in the straight. Trainers S.S. Shah and Narendra Lagad have been asked to take remedial measures with their respective charge, before next accepting to race them.
Titleist	After the race, TITLEIST, DIVINE and BLESSED were found to be sound.
Capitano	Near 200 metres, CAPITANO (Ishwar Pardeshi) lost his footing.Jockey Ishwar Pardeshi (CAPITANO) was dislodged from his horse after passing the Winning Post. The Jockey was certified fit to ride by the Medical Consultant.
Double Diamond	Jockey F.Irani was questioned over the manner in which he allowed his mount DOUBLE DIAMOND to jump out from the Gates. He was cautioned for not showing more vigor on leaving the Gates.
Pezzonovante	PEZZONOVANTE (V.Phadke) took an awkward fly jump towards the outside.

Chiquita	Near 1000 metres, CHIQUITA (A.Sandesh) dropped out, due to which ASHWA APOLLO (App.Prasad), who was following, clipped the hind heels of CHIQUITA and became unbalanced.Trainer M.K.Jadhav and Jockey A. Sandesh were questioned regarding the running and riding of CHIQUITA. The Instructions were to ride a waiting race. The filly was little slow to move out of the Gates and shortly thereafter the filly was tightened for galloping room. The Jockey stated that he was held up between the 800 metres to the 600 metres when traveling behind CLASSIC
Mumbai King	Soon after the start, MUMBAI KING (Dashrath Singh) stumbled.
Kaskazi	After the race, KASKAZI was observed to have a cut injury at the left hind cannon and CLASSIC MONEY had an abrasion at both hind fetlocks. MUMBAI KING was found to be sound.
Classic Money	At the start, CLASSIC MONEY (S Zervan) leaned inwards and went on to FLIGHT TO FREEDOM (C.S.Jodha), who in turn went on to CHIQUITA (A.Sandesh) who itself had shifted out due to KASKAZI (D.K.Ashish) shifting out after an awkward jump.Jockey S.Zervan (CLASSIC MONEY) reported that his mount hung in during the race. Trainer D.J.Surti has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the mare.

Capital Attraction	CAPITAL ATTRACTION (Dashrath Singh) luggedin in the straight. Trainer Sanjay Kolse has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the filly.
Octopaul	Jockey Imran Chisty (OCTOPAUL) reported that soon after the start, the Neck Strap snapped.
Saba	Trainer Rehanullah Khan has been fined Rs.3000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge SABA.
Sheriff	After the race, SHERIFF, FORTUNE HUNTER, OKAVANGO and SABA were found to be sound. OCTOPAUL had a gum injury.

Rose Bowl	Shortly after the start, ROSE BOWL (App.Prasad) shifted out and hampered the running of DISTANT PROMISE (J.Chinoy). App.Prasad has been cautioned.
Etesian	ETESIAN (App.S.Mosin) and LAZOR RAZOR (Akash Agarwal) travelled wide while negotiating the bend.
Star Zone	After the race, STAR ZONE and CHINGARI were found to be sound.
Distant Promise	At the start, DISTANT PROMISE (J.Chinoy, dr.3) jumped awkwardly outwards on to DONATA (A.M.Tograllu, dr.4).

Hot Pepper	After being stalled, HOT PEPPER (T.S.Jodha) played up and flipped over. The gelding was taken out and examined by the Club’s V.O. and found to be sore from the left hind leg. As such, HOT PEPPER was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s Order. Since the gelding had behaved in a similar manner in its last run, Trainer S.S.Shah has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show him to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. Also, the gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Wings Of Glory	WINGS OF GLORY (David Allan) hung out in the straight. Trainer C.D.Katrak has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Fire Falcon	After the race, FIRE FALCON was observed to have an abrasion at both the hind fetlock. WESTERN ANGEL, WINGS OF GLORY, ZOOM ZOOM and STAR FIRE LADY (examined on 01/10/2012) were found to be sound,
Macho Man	At the start, MACHO UNO (S.S.Baria) was slow to begin and tried to drift outwards.

Bling

In the process of being stalled, BLING (Dashrath Singh) reared up and fell. The filly was examined by the Club’s V.O. and found to have suffered a cut injury at the right hip which was profusely bleeding. As such, BLING was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s Order. The Trainer has to obtain a fitness certificate for the filly from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting with her to race.

Swift Memories

Near the 2000 metres, SWIFT MEMORIES ran wide, losing some ground.

Set Ablaze	The Sr.V.O. reported that at the request of Trainer P.Shroff, SET ABLAZE was examined at 0840 hours on 29/09/2012 . The filly was tied up severely after morning work. As such, SET ABLAZE was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds. The Trainer has to obtain a fitness certificate for the filly from the Club’s V.O. before next accepting with her to race.
Wind Of The Hills	WIND OF THE HILLS (Amyn Merchant) played up in the stall. The filly was taken out and examined by the Club’s V.O. and was found to have suffered a gum injury and was sore from the right hind leg. As such, WIND OF THE HILLS was certified unfit to race and hence withdrawn on veterinary grounds, before coming under the Starter’s Order. In view of the above and the filly’s behavior in her last outing where she was reluctant to be stalled, Trainer C.D.Katrak has been asked to give the filly more practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. Also, the filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O. before next accepting to race.
Matrioshka	At the start, MATRIOSHKA (A.Ashhad Asbar) jumped awkwardly inwards and went on to STAR GAZING (J.Chinoy).Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar (MATRIOSHKA) has been fined Rs.1000/ for using the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. Also, the Jockey has been fined a further sum of Rs.2000/ for using his whip in an improper manner, wherein he has used the whip with excessive frequency.
Rocking	ROCKING (Dashrath Singh) lugged out during the race and while straightening for home, carried MATRIOSHKA (A.Ashhad Asbar) outwards. Trainer H.J.Antia has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Il Moran	IL MORAN (D.K.Ashish) lugged out during the race. Trainer M.Narredu has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race the gelding.
Sami	After the race, SAMI was observed to have a cut injury at the right hind coronet and pastern. MATRIOSHKA and ROCKING (examined on 01/10/2012) were found to be sound.

Astromia	ASTROMIA (App.Prabhu Naidu) lashed out and was reluctant to be stalled, as such, the filly was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Order. Trainer M.Narredu has been asked to give the filly more gate practice and show her to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Arabian Lord	ITSMYWAY (A.Ashhad Asbar) kept an erratic course in the final stages of the race and in the process inconvenienced WILD IMAGINATION (Akshay). Jockey A.Ashhad Asbar has been cautioned.
Ashwa Prahar	At the start, ASHWA PRAHAR (Dashrath Singh) jumped out awkwardly. QUANDO QUANDO (A Sandesh) who stood awkwardly in the Gates fly jumped and the Jockey was hit on his head and thereafter did not raise a fluent gallop.Jockey Dashrath Singh (ASHWA PRAHAR) reported the loss of whip near 200 metres. This being the second occasion during the current Pune Meeting that he had lost his whip, he has been fined Rs.1000/.
Let It Fly	After the race, LET IT FLY was observed to have a gum injury. QUANDO QUANDO was found to be sound.
Adams Vision	Jockey V.Chandrakant (ADAMS VISION) has been fined Rs.3000/ for failing to persevere with his mount.
Quando Quando (O)	QUANDO QUANDO (A.Sandesh) lost 2 lengths at the start.
Free Agent	After the race, FREE AGENT was found to be sore by the left fore leg. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s VO before next accepting to race.
