Burning ArrowJockey Imran Chisty, the rider of DOUBLE SCOTCH reported that he lost his whip as Jockey Kiran Rai.P the rider of BURNING ARROW accidently struck his whip approaching 300 meters. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. Jockey Kiran Rai P, the rider of BURNING ARROW was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement).
Double ScotchJockey Imran Chisty, the rider of DOUBLE SCOTCH reported that he lost his whip as Jockey Kiran Rai.P the rider of BURNING ARROW accidently struck his whip approaching 300 meters. As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident.
Golden GalleryIt was observed that Jockey Suhas. K, the rider of GOLDEN GALLERY lost his left rein momentarily, which he regained within a few strides passing the 300 Metres. It was reported after the race that GOLDEN GALLERY (Suhas. K) returned bleeding from both nostrils. Trainer Mr. V. Lokanath was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

At the request of Trainer Mr. S.Shoban Babu, Endoscopy was performed on THUTMOSE (M. Mark) and it was found to have burst its blood vessels (Grade III). Trainer Mr. S. Shoban Babu was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Surprise sample was taken for analysis from b g THUTMOSE.
Golden GloryIt was observed that LORVEN LUV (Anish Anamo Hangal) was squeezed between THUTMOSE (M. Mark) and GOLDEN GLORY (Tousif Khan) soon after the start, whereby jockey Anish Anamo Hangal, the rider of LORVEN LUV lost his right stirrup which he regained at about 700 meters.
WakizashiWAKIZASHI (G. Praveen) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr.Vishesh M.P. was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day. VALENCIA (A.Ashhad Asbar) jumped awkwardly inwards onto WAKIZASHI (G. Praveen) at the start. Jockey G. Praveen, the rider of WAKIZASHI was fined Rs.5,000/ for not improving his position from 1100 Metres till about 500 Metres for no apparent reason.
