Lion King	LION KING (Amyn Merchant, dr.11) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Shazaan Shah has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trails, before next accepting to race.
Daulat Mai	At the start, QUICKER (Neeraj Rawal, dr.7) jumped inwards at the same time DAULAT MAI (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.6) jumped outwards and they made contact.
Dulari	After the race, QUICKER, DULARI, MIGHTY WINGS & MADRAS CHEQUE were trotted and found to be sound. MADRAS CHEQUE was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.
Quicker	At the start, QUICKER (Neeraj Rawal, dr.7) jumped inwards at the same time DAULAT MAI (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.6) jumped outwards and they made contact. After the race, QUICKER, DULARI, MIGHTY WINGS & MADRAS CHEQUE were trotted and found to be sound. MADRAS CHEQUE was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.
Madras Cheque	After the race, QUICKER, DULARI, MIGHTY WINGS & MADRAS CHEQUE were trotted and found to be sound. MADRAS CHEQUE was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.
Untitled	The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the running and riding of UNTITLED (S. J. Sunil) and a report will be submitted shortly.
Mighty Wings	At the start, MIGHTY WINGS (Shahrukh Khan, dr.3) jumped inwards and made contact with COLLATERAL (S. G. Prasad, dr.2) causing the latter to be steadied. After the race, QUICKER, DULARI, MIGHTY WINGS & MADRAS CHEQUE were trotted and found to be sound. MADRAS CHEQUE was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.
Cuban Pete	The Equine Hospital reported that CUBAN PETE had left eye injury (sore) with ulcer.
Ashwa Mahaveera	BRAHMOS (P. S. Kaviraj, dr.9) planted in the stall thereby losing considerable ground at the start. Trainer Sangramsinh N. Joshi has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trails, before next accepting to race.
Collateral	At the start, MIGHTY WINGS (Shahrukh Khan, dr.3) jumped inwards and made contact with COLLATERAL (S. G. Prasad, dr.2) causing the latter to be steadied.

Long Lease	At the request of Trainer Rajesh Narredu, LONG LEASE was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at 02:00 p.m. on 28th August 2024, at the Equine Hospital and was found to have fever, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Madam Rich	MADAM RICH (S. Saqlain, dr.1) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer B. Prithviraj has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trails, before next accepting to race. Approaching the 200 metres, MADAM RICH (S. Saqlain) shifted in under the use of whip thereby tightening and inconveniencing ALPINE STAR (App. Mustakim Alam) racing along the rails causing the latter to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey S. Saqlain has been suspended for one race day i.e. on 22nd September 2024, for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Alpine Star	Approaching the 200 metres, MADAM RICH (S. Saqlain) shifted in under the use of whip thereby tightening and inconveniencing ALPINE STAR (App. Mustakim Alam) racing along the rails causing the latter to be checked. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey S. Saqlain has been suspended for one race day i.e. on 22nd September 2024, for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Rasputin	RASPUTIN (Akshay Kumar, dr.3) lost about a length at the start. After the race, RASPUTIN was trotted at the stables and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.

Break Point

After the race, Jockey R. Ajinkya (BREAK POINT) reported that he was denied a clear passage in the straight.

Dream Alliance

DREAM ALLIANCE (C. S. Jodha, dr.6) threw its head up at the start and had to be steadied. After the race, Jockey C. S. Jodha (DREAM ALLIANCE) reported that his mount was hangingin in the straight, despite his efforts. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, endoscopy was performed on DREAM ALLIANCE and was found to have EIPH (Gr.II).

Star Impact	At the request of Jockey Yash Narredu (STAR IMPACT) his mount was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at the Starting gates and was found to be sore by left hind, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under the Starter’s order and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Inquilab	Jockey Akshay Kumar (INQUILAB) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed on his mount. This being his 1st offence during the current Pune Meeing 2024, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Psychic Star	After the race, Jockey C. Umesh (PSYCHIC STAR) reported that he was held up for room in the straight until approaching the 200 metres. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the running and riding of PSYCHIC STAR (C. Umesh) and a report will be submitted shortly.
Midnight Express	At the start, MIDNIGHT EXPRESS (N. S. Parmar, dr.8) jumped outwards and had to be steadied.
Chandrayaan	The Equine Hospital reported that CHANDRAYAAN had left eye injury (sore).

Shambala	At the start, SHAMBALA (Antony Raj S., dr.11) jumped, veered inwards and jostled with FIORENTINI (Suraj Narredu, dr.10). After questioning and not being entirely satisfied, Jockey Antony Raj S. has been fined Rs.2,000/.
Goddes Of Dawn	At the start, JETFIRE (S. P. Ranjane, dr.4) jumped inwards and made contact with GODDES OF DAWN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.3).
Ashwa Kutang	Approaching the 900 metres, due to a tightly packed field KINZHAL (C. Umesh) and REDOUBLE (R. Ajinkya) jostled with each other causing the latter to check and drop back. Approaching the 150 metres, LUMINOSITY (S. G. Prasad) shifted in due to which KINZHAL (C. Umesh) racing on its haunches had to check and change course resulting in tightening and inconveniencing FIORENTINI (Suraj Narredu) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey S. G. Prasad has been severely cautioned. After the race, RED MERLOT was trotted and found to be sound. ESCAPE VELOCITY & KINZHAL were observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.
Luminosity	Approaching the 150 metres, LUMINOSITY (S. G. Prasad) shifted in due to which KINZHAL (C. Umesh) racing on its haunches had to check and change course resulting in tightening and inconveniencing FIORENTINI (Suraj Narredu) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey S. G. Prasad has been severely cautioned.
Jetfire	At the start, JETFIRE (S. P. Ranjane, dr.4) jumped inwards and made contact with GODDES OF DAWN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.3).
Escape Velocity	After the race, RED MERLOT was trotted and found to be sound. ESCAPE VELOCITY & KINZHAL were observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock.

Fiorentini	At the start, SHAMBALA (Antony Raj S., dr.11) jumped, veered inwards and jostled with FIORENTINI (Suraj Narredu, dr.10). After questioning and not being entirely satisfied, Jockey Antony Raj S. has been fined Rs.2,000/. Approaching the 150 metres, LUMINOSITY (S. G. Prasad) shifted in due to which KINZHAL (C. Umesh) racing on its haunches had to check and change course resulting in tightening and inconveniencing FIORENTINI (Suraj Narredu) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey S. G. Prasad has been severely cautioned. The Sr. V.O. reported that the right fore shoe of FIORENTINI was splayed at the sampling yard and the same was removed. After the race, at the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, endoscopy was performed on FIORENTINI and was found to have EIPH (Gr.III), as such, the filly is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Redouble	Approaching the 900 metres, due to a tightly packed field KINZHAL (C. Umesh) and REDOUBLE (R. Ajinkya) jostled with each other causing the latter to check and drop back. The Equine Hospital reported that REDOUBLE had right eye injury (sore) with ulcer.

Sandesh) racing on its haunches was tightened and had to be checked. Jockey C. S. Jodha has been cautioned. After the race, COMANECI was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock. RED DUST was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury below right hock. SPIRITUAL ROCK was trotted and found to be sound.
Spiritual Rock	SPIRITUAL ROCK (App. Haridas Gore, dr.6) and MARIELLA (K. Pranil, dr.7) threw their heads up at the start. After the race, COMANECI was observed to have an injury on right hind fetlock. RED DUST was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have an injury below right hock. SPIRITUAL ROCK was trotted and found to be sound.
Good Deeds	GOOD DEEDS (App. N. Bhosale, dr.9) lost about a length at the start.
Mariella	SPIRITUAL ROCK (App. Haridas Gore, dr.6) and MARIELLA (K. Pranil, dr.7) threw their heads up at the start.
