 Jockey Muzammil Hashmi (SHIVALIK QUEEN) was reprimanded for shifting ground near 350 metres.
Master Badal
 Jockey M Shahid (BIG DADDY) was questioned with regard to his riding in the straight wherein the Jockey was observed to have ridden his mount behind horses when he had ample opportunity to pull his mount outwards, which he ultimately did and rode and then again shifted inwards under the use of the whip and rode his mount behind MASTER BADAL rather than riding his mount from the outside and the horse could have finished better. After having viewed the race repeatedly and having heard his submissions, the Stipendiary Stewards were not satisfied with his explanation and fined him Rs.3,000/ and warned him for the future for failing to take all reasonable measures to ensure that his mount obtains the best possible placing in the race.
Ponty Rossa
 At the start, REAL STORY (Khet Singh) was slowly away. PONTY ROSSA (N Tauseef Ahmed) did not raise an effective gallop. Jockey N Tauseef Ahmed (PONTY ROSSA) reported that while negotiating the bend, DIL MANGE MORE (Dilip Singh) carried his mount outwards.
Big Daddy

 The Saddle on VEDAGARBHA (Kundan Paswan) was observed to have slipped back during the race despite the breast plate having been applied. As such, Trainer Magan Singh, who had deputized for Trainer VS Parmar, has been fined Rs 2,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.
Real Story
 At the start, REAL STORY (Khet Singh) was slowly away. PONTY ROSSA (N Tauseef Ahmed) did not raise an effective gallop. Jockey Khet Singh (REAL STORY) reported that soon after the start, his mount drifted outwards due to which he could not ride out and the filly lost ground at the start.

 Near 1100 metres, ROYAL ASCOT (Jai Parkash) suddenly shifted in and went across MURLI and MASTER BECKET though no interference took place, as such, Jockey Jai Parkash has been cautioned to be more careful.
Mr Singh
 After the race, MR SINGH was found to be sound.
Ashwa Rozara
 After the race, ASHWA ROZARA was found to have sharp molars. Trainer VS Parmar has been asked to take remedial measures before next accepting to race.
Royal Ascot
 Near 1100 metres, ROYAL ASCOT (Jai Parkash) suddenly shifted in and went across MURLI and MASTER BECKET though no interference took place, as such, Jockey Jai Parkash has been cautioned to be more careful. Near 750 metres, ROYAL ASCOT (Jai Parkash) raced keen and SCOTCHY (Angad) slowed down at the same time, whereby ROYAL ASCOT shifted out to avoid colliding with SCOTCHY and in the process, clipped the heels of ASHWA CRYSTAL (CS Jodha) and was unbalanced.

 At the start, SCOTCHY (Angad) jumped awkwardly inward and jostled with SAINT (Rajesh Kr Patel) who went in on to ASHWA CRYSTAL (CS Jodha).  Trainer A Khan has been fined Rs.3,000/ for putting in late Declaration in respect of his charge SAINT. At the start, SCOTCHY (Angad) jumped awkwardly inward and jostled with SAINT (Rajesh Kr Patel) who went in on to ASHWA CRYSTAL (CS Jodha).

 At the start, MISS COLOMBIANA (Muzammil Hashmi) jumped awkwardly inwards and made contact with BIG APPLE (Gurpreet Singh). Approaching 800 metres, HANCOCK (Angad) shifted out due to which BIG APPLE (Gurpreet Singh) was inconvenienced and was steadied. After passing 800 metres, BIG APPLE (Gurpreet Singh) was steadied again as PEARL (Akash Rajput) shifted grounds inwards. Jockey Akash Rajput has been cautioned. Jockey Gurpreet Singh (BIG APPLE) has been cautioned for travelling wide while negotiating the bend. After the race, BIG APPLE was found to be lame by the right hind leg. As such, Trainer VS Parmar has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to presenting his charge for any future trial or race.
Rainforest
 Near 1100 metres, RAINFOREST (TS Jodha) shifted in and carried MISS COLOMBIANA (Muzammil Hashmi) inwards. Jockey TS Jodha has been cautioned to be more careful. RAINFOREST (TS Jodha) was inclined to lean IN in the straight. As the Jockey used the whip as a corrective measure, the filly suddenly ducked out unbalancing the Jockey. The behavior of the filly was considered dangerous. As such, Trainer Magan Singh has been asked to show the filly in a Mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting to race.
Miss Colombiana
 At the start, MISS COLOMBIANA (Muzammil Hashmi) jumped awkwardly inwards and made contact with BIG APPLE (Gurpreet Singh). Near 1100 metres, RAINFOREST (TS Jodha) shifted in and carried MISS COLOMBIANA (Muzammil Hashmi) inwards. Jockey TS Jodha has been cautioned to be more careful.
Pearl
 After passing 800 metres, BIG APPLE (Gurpreet Singh) was steadied again as PEARL (Akash Rajput) shifted grounds inwards. Jockey Akash Rajput has been cautioned.
Hancock
 Approaching 800 metres, HANCOCK (Angad) shifted out due to which BIG APPLE (Gurpreet Singh) was inconvenienced and was steadied.
Prathina
 The Veterinary officer reported that PRATHINA was examined on 23rd November 2021 at 10:45 am, and was found to be Lame by right fore, swelling on tendon. Trainer Magan Singh has been asked to obtain a certificate of fitness before presenting his charge for any future trial or race.

 The rein on NOBLE STORM (Khet Singh) became unbuckled near 800 meters, thereafter the Jockey could not ride out his mount at all.

 Soon after the start, AMAZING MOONLIGHT (R Parvesh) shifted out slightly and at the same time MANALI (M Shahid) shied away and shifted in and jostled with AMAZING MOONLIGHT (R Parvesh).
Curfew
 At the start, CURFEW (Ishwar Singh) dwelt and lost many lengths. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini has been asked to give sufficient Gate practice to the satisfaction of the Starter before next accepting to race. After the race, CURFEW was observed to have broken a blood vessel and has been stopped from racing for the stipulated period of 04 weeks (1st time) and until passed fit by the Club’s Veterinary Office. Trainer Raj Kumar Saini has been asked to obtain a veterinary certificate of fitness prior to his charge being presented for any future trial or race.
Suriaya
 Jockey Akash Rajput (SURIAYA) reported that his mount was slowly away and was sluggish during the race.
Amazing Moonlight
 Soon after the start, AMAZING MOONLIGHT (R Parvesh) shifted out slightly and at the same time MANALI (M Shahid) shied away and shifted in and jostled with AMAZING MOONLIGHT (R Parvesh).
