	It was reported after the Race that BREAKING NEWS (Sarvan Kumar) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was questioned as to the vastly improved performance of his charge, dk b m BREAKING NEWS (Sarvan Kumar), the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No.50 of the Mysore Winter Races 202122, i.e., The Antequera Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, 5 years old and over, run on Seventh Day, Wednesday, 1st December, 2021, when ridden by Jockey Vipin Kumar, it ran unplaced. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu, the Stipendiary Stewards fined him a sum of Rs.10,000/ for the vastly improved performance of his charge, dk b m BREAKING NEWS. He was also cautioned for running his charge in inconsistent distances and that he would be reported to the Stewards for appropriate action, if he repeats this mistake again, in future.

	Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of GRAND CHEVALIER, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing KING`S COMMAND (J Paswan) on his inside after the jump.
Grand Chevalier
	Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of GRAND CHEVALIER, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing KING`S COMMAND (J Paswan) on his inside after the jump.
Raptor
	RAPTOR (H Rahul) jumped out of the Gates, throwing it`s head about, at the Start.
Engelberg
	ENGELBERG (M Prabhakaran) jumped awkwardly `outwards` at the start. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of ENGELBERG, was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards, in the presence of Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde, for his riding on his mount, in the above Race. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered by Jockey M Prabhakaran, the Stipendiary Stewards fined him Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient efforts to improve his position, rounding the bend. He was cautioned in the presence of Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde, that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the Stewards for appropriate action.
Bleu Roi
	BLEU ROI (Vishal N Bunde) planted and did not take part in the Race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Prashanth Pawar was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race Days on the race track.
Red Hot Chilli
	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde to withdraw RED HOT CHILLI (M J GautamRaj Urs) on veterinary grounds as it was observed to be in shock and had sustained multiple injuries on right fore ; He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

	Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AIRVELOCITY was fined Rs.3,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to COORG GENERAL (M Abhilash), on his inside, which in turn went on to DALHOUSIE (S Antony Raj) and BENGHAZI (Sarvan Kumar), on its inside, passing 1300 metres.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AIRVELOCITY was fined Rs.3,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to COORG GENERAL (M Abhilash), on his inside, which in turn went on to DALHOUSIE (S Antony Raj) and BENGHAZI (Sarvan Kumar), on its inside, passing 1300 metres.

Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AIRVELOCITY , reported that his mount was hanging out in the Straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Coorg General
	Jockey M Abhilash, the rider of COORG GENERAL was fined Rs.2,000/ for coming`in` and causing interference to DALHOUSIE (S Antony Raj), on his inside, at the start. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of AIRVELOCITY was fined Rs.3,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to COORG GENERAL (M Abhilash), on his inside, which in turn went on to DALHOUSIE (S Antony Raj) and BENGHAZI (Sarvan Kumar), on its inside, passing 1300 metres. Jockey M Abhilash, the rider of COORG GENERAL, reported that he accidentally lost his whip, passing the 400 Metres. Trainer Mr. G T Surender was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards, for the vastly improved performance of his charge, COORG GENERAL (M Abhilash), the winner of the above Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No. 87, i.e., The Gonikoppa Plate – Div. I, (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 (No Whip), run on Eleventh Day, Wednesday, 29th December, 2021, when ridden by the same Jockey, it ran unplaced. Not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer Mr. G T Surender, the Stipendiary Stewards fined him Rs.10,000/ for the vastly improved performance of his charge COORG GENERAL (M Abhilash). He was cautioned to be more judicious in the performance of his charges in future.
Italian Stallion
	Jockey S R Santosh Kumar, the rider of ITALIAN STALLION reported at the Starting Gate that his stirrups have been cut. Under the circumstances, ITALIAN STALLION was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starter`s Orders. Upon examination of the Saddle after the Race, it was found in unserviceable condition. Hence Jockey S R Santosh Kumar was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence.

He was cautioned to be more judicious in the running of his charges in future.
Vijaya Miracle
	Jockey Nazerul Alam reported that his mount VIJAYA MIRACLE stopped galloping in last 200 metres. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported; However, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

CHARLIE HEBDO (R Ajay Kumar) accidentally brushed the railings passing 1300 metres.

	It was reported that the buckle of the bridle used on SAND DUNE (P Sai Kumar) got unfastened and was unable to be fastened back on the horse. Under the circumstances, SAND DUNE (P Sai Kumar), was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters Orders. After deu examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken besides noting the incident.

	Jockey V R Jagdeesh, the rider of D WARRIOR, was reprimanded for dropping hands before passing the winning post.
D Gold
	It was reported that the “HOOD” used on D GOLD (H Rahul) got unfastened due to the fractious behaviour of horse and it could not be put on. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters Orders. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, no action was taken besides noting the incident.
