| | Jockey Jai Prakash and Trainer Rajinder were questioned with regard to the running and riding of LOVE GALORE. The Instructions were to be 3rd or 4th position. It was observed that the gelding did not gallop at any stage despite of having been placed on earlier two occasions. The Trainer stated that he had changed the equipment and still the horse did not perform. He did not have any other explanation. The veterinary examination of the horse after the race did not reveal any abnormality. After viewing the race repeatedly, the explanation of the Trainer was noted, however, Jockey Jai Parkash has been cautioned for failing to ride out his mount in the early and middle stages of the race as he was observed to have accepted his position and did not ride out to be competitive. After the race, LOVE GALORE was found to be sound. |

Trainer A Khan was informed that the running pattern of this horse is going to the front or be in second position, whereas, the horse was ridden differently today. He was further informed that any change in instructions in future will be compared to the horse’s running pattern today. |
