The Stewards having noted the explanation tendered by Jockey Kuldeep Singh, Starters in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, viewing the replay of the race on the CCTV and acting on their own observation of the race, having noted that the colt was fractious inside the gates and Jockey has put his hand on side bar and was not ready as the start was effected because of which the colt jumped out awkwardly losing about 4 to 5 lengths. In view of the above, the Stewards resolved to declare COSMICO (Kuldeep Singh) as a Non Starter in the race and refund all the bets which were laid on the above horse. Subsequent endoscopic examination of COSMICO (Kuldeep Singh) revealed as a Bleeder. |
