 SPECIAL EFFORT (Praveen Gaddam) dropped back from about the 800 mtrs in the process finishing the course distance behind. Trainer N. Ravinder Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

 AIBAK (App. Surya Prakash) was tightened for room at about the 300 mtrs due to crowding of the field.
Cosmico
 A Stewards enquiry was called for immediately after running of the race into the jump out from the gates of COSMICO ( Kuldeep Singh), drawn (7). The Stewards having noted the explanation tendered by Jockey Kuldeep Singh, Starters in conjunction with that of the Stipendiary Stewards, viewing the replay of the race on the CCTV and acting on their own observation of the race, having noted that the colt was fractious inside the gates and Jockey has put his hand on side bar and was not ready as the start was effected because of which the colt jumped out awkwardly losing about 4 to 5 lengths. In view of the above, the Stewards resolved to declare COSMICO (Kuldeep Singh) as a Non Starter in the race and refund all the bets which were laid on the above horse. Subsequent endoscopic examination of COSMICO (Kuldeep Singh) revealed as a Bleeder.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (TOP DIAMOND) in the presence of Trainer M.F. Ali Khan that his instructions were sit close with front runner, which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop in the straight inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M.F. Ali Khan while confirming the above added that, the horse was running under his charge for the first time and based on the behaviour of the horse in the track, he removed the equipment’s and opted for new equipment. The Trainer further added that the change of equipment has not helped his charge was noted for future reference. The Trainer further informed that any reversal of form with regard to his charge, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.

Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (CHAR EK CHAR) that his saddle moved to front at about the 400 mtrs as such he could not offer complete assistance to his mount thereafter. As this confirmed our observation, the Jockeys explanation was noted and Trainer M.F. Ali Khan was fined Rs. 5000/ for failing exercise grater care in saddling of his charge whose saddle moved to front during the running of the race.
