| | Jockey Vinay Jaiswal when afforded an opportunity to explain the riding of b m WANDERING ANGEL, stated that his mount received a check when DELIA (Afzal Khan, drawn 1) shifted out some distance after the start and thereafter his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal when questioned stated that “my instructions to the Jockey were to ride his own race. After viewing the replay of the race I am of the opinion that the mare was exhausted because she has run four times within a gap of 24 days as such she did not perform as expected”. The Stipendiary Steward decided to continue with this enquiry. |
