 At behest of the owner’s written complaint, an enquiry is being held into the running and riding of PORT OF BEAUTY, trained by Mr. M. Rajendra Singh and ridden by Jockey L. Alex Rozario in the above race. Compulsory urine and blood sample were taken for analysis at the request of the owner (Mr. Pradeep Singh) from b m PORT OF BEAUTY.
Baroness
 BARONESS (Angad) was slowly away, lost many lengths and did not raise a fluent gallop for the first 100 Metres. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Narayana Gowda V. was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races. BARONESS (Angad) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Red Lucifer
 Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of REGAL FORCE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to RED LUCIFER (Salman Khan) on his outside approaching 700 Metres.
Golden Time
 Jockey Vivek.G, the rider of GOLDEN TIME reported that his saddle shifted back passing the 300 Metres. After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr.V. Lokanath was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling of his charge.

 Jockey Ikram Ahmed, the rider of IMMORTAL GUEST was fined Rs.1,000/ for coming `in` and causing interference to PERFECT HALO (K.G. Likith Appu) on his inside approaching 900 Metres. Jockey K.G. Likith Appu, the rider of PERFECT HALO was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and bumping IMMORTAL GUEST (Ikram Ahmed) on his outside passing the 900 Metres. Jockey Ikram Ahmed, the rider of IMMORTAL GUEST was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to COMEONSON (S. Saqlain) on his outside approaching 700 Metres.

Likith Appu) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Regal Force
 Jockey Tousif Khan, the rider of REGAL FORCE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to RED LUCIFER (Salman Khan) on his outside approaching 700 Metres. REGAL FORCE (Tousif Khan) sustained bleeding cut injury on right fore outer bulb and superficial cut injury on right hind cannon.
Top News
 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr.S. Dominic to withdraw TOP NEWS on veterinary grounds as it was found to be trotting lame on right fore. He was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 It was observed that AGUILA (P. Trevor) accidentally stumbled passing the 850 Metres.

 Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of CHIRAAG was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to PERIDOT (Akshay Kumar) on his outside approaching 600 Metres. It was reported after the race that CHIRAAG (Nazerul Alam) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Dheeraj.V was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 Jockey M. Mark, the rider of ENGLISH BAY was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st infringement). ENGLISH BAY (M. Mark) sustained superficial gum injury.
Stars Above
 Jockey Arul J.H, the rider of STARS ABOVE was questioned in presence of trainer Mr. Arjun Mangalorkar. The trainer stated that he had asked the Jockey to take a good jump, maintain a good position and do his best in the straight but after jumping out the horse was keen and the rider allowed the horse to drop its position and further added that he also dropped his hands in the final stages of the race. The Jockey stated that he tried to be up with the filed but he could not do so and after that his mount was hanging out after entering the straight. The horse was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, the stipes gave the benefit of doubt to the rider and concerned. He was informed that a similar manner of riding would entail him being reported to the stewards for appropriate action.

SONATA (Hindu Singh) who was travelling directly behind also had to be checked by its rider and shift out to avoid striking the front runner CHUL BUL RANI (Surya. P). Further as a result the horses which were running behind viz; KAY STAR (P. Trevor) and GENERAL PATTON (S. John) also had to steady their respective mounts.

Trainer Mr.Dheeraj.V was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again. An enquiry was held on 24/7/2022 into the interference caused by Jockey Surya P., the rider of CHUL BUL RANI in the above race. In that “he rode in a negligent manner and did not exercise sufficient control over his mount, whereby his mount hit the rails and he shifted out and causing interference to MICHIGAN MELODY (Y. S. Srinath), who in turn passed it onto IMPERIAL POWER (Suraj Narredu) passing the 900 Metres. SONATA (Hindu Singh) who was travelling directly behind also had to be checked by its rider and shift out to avoid striking the front runner CHUL BUL RANI (Surya. P). Further as a result the horses which were running behind viz; KAY STAR (P. Trevor) and GENERAL PATTON (S. John) also had to steady their respective mounts. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Surya P on 4th August, 2022 as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Negligent Riding on his mount CHUL BUL RANI (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
Caesars Palace
 CAESARS PALACE (Nazerul Alam) planted, lost many lengths, did not raise a fluent gallop and ran detached thereafter. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M. Rajendra Singh was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least one Mock Race.
