 It was observed that CEFFINA (Arul J H) drifted out between the 1900 Metres and 1800 Metres despite the best efforts of the Jockey to keep it on an even course and raced on the outer portion of the Grass Track. Trainer Mr. C D Monnappa was informed to take appropriate corrective measures and ensure better performance of his charge, before accepting with it again.

 Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of SADEEK, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing TIA MARIA (Arshad Alam), on his inside, passing the 1800 Metres.
Tia Maria
 Jockey Saqlain S, the rider of SADEEK, was reprimanded for shifting in and inconveniencing TIA MARIA (Arshad Alam), on his inside, passing the 1800 Metres.
D Lord
 D LORD (Hindu Singh) sustained bruises on right hind back of pastern.

 Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was fined Rs.2,000/ for sporting Blinkers on his charge IMPERIUS (Arshad Alam), for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Blinkers was removed from his charge before it left the paddock. Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of O MANCHALI was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to IMPERIUS (Arshad Alam) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres.

 Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of O MANCHALI was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to IMPERIUS (Arshad Alam) on his outside approaching the 300 Metres.

 It was observed that Jockey Angad, the rider of HIGHLAND PARK momentarily lost his left rein approaching the 100 Metres which he regained within a few strides.
Angel Dreams
 RAIN CLOUD (H Rahul) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped ANGEL DREAMS (Sarvan Kumar) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. ANGEL DREAMS (Sarvan Kumar) ran detached from the field, after passing the 300 Metres. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Rain Cloud
 RAIN CLOUD (H Rahul) jumped awkwardly outwards and bumped ANGEL DREAMS (Sarvan Kumar) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.

 Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner b m AMAZING SAFARI.
Fassbinder
 FASSBINDER (Nazerul Alam) jumped out awkwardly, did not raise a fluent gallop in the first 100 Metres and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S Ramesh was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the Race Track. Jockey Nazerul Alam, the rider of FASSBINDER reported that his mount was not galloping fluently at the start. The horse was impounded for Veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Buttonwood
 COUNTRY’S FAME (Vivek G) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced BUTTONWOOD (R Manish) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Marrakesh
 MARRAKESH (K Sai Kiran) planted and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the Race Track. Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of MARRAKESH reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the race. The horse was impounded for Veterinary examination and was found to have pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
D Fire
 D FIRE (Siddaraju P) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Monnappa C D was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Domitia
 Jockey Koshi Kumar, the declared rider of DOMITIA was fined Rs.2,000/ for not drawing the declared weight. Subsequently, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. M Bobby to substitute Jockey S Saqlain to ride DOMITIA, in place of the declared rider.

5 (80) THE TAPATHI PLATE (DIV-I)

 It was observed that STAR JEWEL (Vivek G) accidentally brushed the running rails passing 1200 Metres. Jockey Vivek G, the rider of STAR JEWEL reported that his saddle shifted back between the 1100 Metres and 1000 Metres. After due examination of the equipment which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. M Eshwer was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of BREAK AWAY was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to STAR JEWEL (Vivek G), on his inside, along the rails passing the 550 Metres.
Indian Glory
 Jockey Vishal N Bunde, the rider of INDIAN GLORY reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 300 Metres.
Sir Calculus
 At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards enquiry was held immediately after the Race, with particular reference to the interference caused by SIR CALCULUS (Y S Srinath) to DUMAS (K Sai Kiran) resulting in the fall of Jockey K Sai Kiran from his mount. The Stewards conducted an enquiry and examined Jockeys, M/s Y S Srinath and K Sai Kiran. After repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided that the interference caused by Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SIR CALCULUS to Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of DUMAS resulting in the latter rider’s fall from his mount, was purely accidental and hence decided not to alter the Judges’ placing. The Stewards further ordered the Stipendiary Stewards to initiate appropriate action against Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SIR CALCULUS. The Stipendiary Steward questioned Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SIR CALCULUS and Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of DUMAS, as to the interference caused by the rider of the former horse, to Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of DUMAS and the subsequent fall of the latter from his mount. Jockey Y S Srinath stated that Jockey K Sai Kiran was riding erratically on his mount DUMAS and as such he could not keep a straight course and that he had to pull his mount out and make his run on the outside. But the latter horse again shifted out and that his mount momentarily lugged in, causing the interference to DUMAS (K Sai Kiran). Jockey K Sai Kiran stated that as he had lost his right rein, he could not offer any assistance to his mount and as such, his mount was running erratically. After due enquiry and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stipendiary Stewards were of the opinion that the incident was purely accidental. However, the Stipendiary Stewards fined Jockey Y S Srinath, the rider of SIR CALCULUS was fined a sum of Rs.5,000/ for shifting in under the use of whip, thereby causing interference to DUMAS on his inside which clipped the heels of the former and stumbled and dislodged its rider, approaching the 250 Metres.
Lucky Point
 LUCKY POINT (V R Jagdeesh) jumped out awkwardly.
Reckoning
 RECKONING (R Manish) accidentally stumbled while jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Break Away
 Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of BREAK AWAY was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to STAR JEWEL (Vivek G), on his inside, along the rails passing the 550 Metres. It was reported after the race that BREAK AWAY (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Dumas
 It was observed that the right reins on DUMAS (K Sai Kiran) snapped passing the 800 Metres and as such, it drifted out to the centre of track and thereafter, after entering the Straight, it was running erratically. An enquiry is being held into the above incident. It was reported after the race that DUMAS (K Sai Kiran) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.  Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. G T Surender to withdraw CIVITAVECCHIA (R Shiva Kumar) on veterinary grounds as it fell over in the saddling enclosure and was found to be trotting lame on right hind. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

Emelda
 As Jockey K Sai Kiran, the declared rider of EMELDA was certified medically unfit to ride after his fall in the 6th Race. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Suresh B to substitute Jockey Hindu Singh to ride EMELDA in place of the declared rider. Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of EMELDA was fined Rs.3,000/ for not making sufficient effort to improve his position from the 1400 Metres till rounding the final bend. EMELDA (Hindu Singh) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. Trainer Mr. Suresh B was fined Rs.5,000/ for the discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge EMELDA in the above race (1st Infringement).
Sea Lion
 As Jockey Akshay Kumar, the declared rider of SEA LION could not arrive to fulfill his riding engagement due to reasons beyond his control. Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Neil Darashah to substitute Jockey Arshad Alam to ride SEA LION in place of the declared rider. Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SEA LION was fined Rs.5,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (2nd Infringement).

 Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of D THIRTEEN TWELVE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and bumping GOLD CREST (Hasib Alam) on his inside approaching the 1100 Metres. An objection was lodged by Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of D THIRTEEN TWELVE, placed Fourth by the Judge against Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of COUNTRY’S FLASH placed Third by the Judge for, “Inside the final 100 Metres from home he (H Zeeshan) came on to me near the 75 Metres where I lost my certain place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockey Shreyas Singh, Jockey H Zeeshan and Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of the winning horse, GOLD CREST; After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to OVERRULE the objection. Jockey Hasib Alam, the rider of GOLD CREST, was fined Rs.2,000/ for not maintaining a straight course, thereby allowing his mount to shift out and causing interference to COUNTRY’S FLASH (H Zeeshan), on his outside, which in turn, went on to D THIRTEEN TWELVE (Shreyas Singh), on its outside, in the final 100 Metres of the race. GOLD CREST (Hasib Alam) sustained linear cut on right hind back of cannon.
D Thirteen Twelve
 Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of D THIRTEEN TWELVE was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and bumping GOLD CREST (Hasib Alam) on his inside approaching the 1100 Metres. An objection was lodged by Jockey Shreyas Singh, the rider of D THIRTEEN TWELVE, placed Fourth by the Judge against Jockey H Zeeshan, the rider of COUNTRY’S FLASH placed Third by the Judge for, “Inside the final 100 Metres from home he (H Zeeshan) came on to me near the 75 Metres where I lost my certain place”. Kingofthejungle
 Jockey Hindu Singh replaced the indisposed Jockey K Sai Kiran on KINGOFTHEJUNGLE. An enquiry is being held into the vastly improved performance of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (Hindu Singh), trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu, which finished second in the above Race as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Summer Races 2022, where it ran unplaced.
Biometric
 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Rakesh to withdraw BIOMETRIC (Angad) on veterinary grounds as it was found to have broken its lower incisor due to injury. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
N R I Super King
 N R I SUPER KING (G Rohith) planted and did not take part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behavior improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in Two Mock Races on Race days on the Race Track.

8 (83) THE TAPATHI PLATE (DIV-II)

Sultan Sword
 Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was fined Rs.2,000/ for sporting Tongue Strap on his charge SULTAN SWORD (Mohammed Mushraf), for which prior permission had not been obtained. Subsequently, Tongue Strap was removed from his charge before it left the paddock. Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of SULTAN SWORD was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to HERE I COME (Koshi Kumar) on his inside passing the 150 Metres. SULTAN SWORD (Mohammed Mushraf) sustained bleeding cut injury on left hind medial hock.
Coorg General
 Jockey R Shiva Kumar was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards in the presence of Trainer Mr. G T Surender as to his riding on his mount COORG GENERAL, in the above race. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by both of them, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows, a) to fine Jockey R Shiva Kumar Rs.5,000/ (Rupees Five Thousand only), for the inept handling of his mount, COORG GENERAL in the above Race and b) Fine Trainer Mr. G T Surender a total sum of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only), for the unsatisfactory running of his charge, COORG GENERAL, in the above Race and for the unsatisfactory explanation tendered by him during the enquiry.
Achook
 Jockey Hindu Singh, the rider of ACHOOK reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 350 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the vastly improved performance of ACHOOK, trained by Mr. Rakesh and ridden by Jockey Hindu Singh in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 37, The Kinski Plate (About) 2000 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on Wednesday, 22nd June, 2022 when ridden by Jockey Srikanth Kamble it ran unplaced. ACHOOK (Hindu Singh) sustained multiple cuts on right hock joints.
Here I Come
 Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of SULTAN SWORD was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to HERE I COME (Koshi Kumar) on his inside passing the 150 Metres.
Like My Daddy
 LIKE MY DADDY (Arshad Alam) was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Bhrigu
 BHRIGU (Angad) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced COUNTRY’S PRINCE (H Zeeshan) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Ruby Cube
 As Jockey R Manish, the declared rider of RUBY CUBE was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the 6th Race, permission was granted to trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar to substitute Jockey Vishal N Bunde to ride RUBY CUBE in place of the declared rider.
