 Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (THE AKHANDA) in the presence Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy that his mount ran out in the straight when asked for an acceleration from about the 400 metres in the process finished the course on the outer part of the track inspite of his best efforts. Trainer M. Srinivas Reddy while confirming the above added that his charge has ran in a similar manner in the previous race with App. Jockey as such he opted to put a stronger jockey in this race but the colt has shifted out again, other than this he has no plausible explanation to officer with regard to his charge poor run. The Trainer and Jockey were however informed that an enquiry has been opened into the running and riding of his charge in the above race. .

 App. Surya Prakash (SWEET MELODY) was fined a sum of Rs.5000/ for shifting out under the use of whip at about 400 metres in the process causing interference to PHILANTHROPIST (Kiran Naidu).
N R I Majestic
 Jockey Koushik (N R I MAJESTIC) was severely cautioned for tender handling of his mount for greater part of the race.

 I AM SUPERMAN (Dhanu S.Deora) planted in the gates and lost about distance, SSC revoked.

 ROYAL PAL (Gaurav Singh) reared up awkwardly as the start was affected and dislodged the Jockey and took no practical part in the race, SSC revoked.

Jockey Akshay Kumar (DECCAN RANGER) reported that his mount dropped back in the final 200 mtrs and finished at the rear end of the field inspite of his best efforts, noted.
Fast Track
 FAST TRACK (Santosh Raj N R) and SAINT EMILION (C. Umesh) jumped out slowly losing about a length each. App Santosh Raj N R (FAST TRACK) was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.

 Jockey Akshay Kumar (DECCAN RANGER) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 900 metres in the process causing inconvenience to CHICA BONITA (A.A.Vikrant). Jockey A.A.Vikrant (CHICA BONITA) was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.

 N R I VISION (B R Kumar) lost its left fore shoe during the running of the race. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.
Strategist
 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (N R I TOUCH) in the presence of Trainer R .H. Sequeira that due to fast initial pace he was unable to position his mount well up with the field as instructed in the initial stages of the race and thereafter when asked for an effort, the gelding did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge has run in the similar manner the previous run i.e., Race no.17 wherein the gelding finished half a length behind STRATEGIST as compared to the present race, a better Jockey in the saddle, his mount just managed to beat STRATEGIST and further opined that his mount has ran to his potential was noted for future reference.
Full Volume
 FULL VOLUME (Suraj Narredu) lost its left fore show during the running of the race. However, the gelding was trotting sound after the race.

 Explanation of jockey A.A.Vikrant (ANGEL TESORO) that his mount was tending to run out throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Shaik Waseem Ahmed was advised to take remedial measures before next accepting in a race.

 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (STAR RACER) that his mount did not a raise fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts. Trainer S. Sreekant while confirming the above added that his charge has run in similar manner in the previous runs. As the gelding has come down in Category III and running in age group, with a better Jockey, he has fancied his charge. The Trainer further added that his charge ran to his potential noted. However Trainer S. Sreekant was informed that any reversal of form in respect of his charge, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
Sporting Smile
 SPORTING SMILE (App. Gaurav Singh) stumbled immediately after the start for no apparent reason in the process shifted in and tightened THEO?S CHOICE (P. Sai Kumar) and WOT?S UP JAY (G. Naresh) drawn on his inside. Since the incident being purely accidental no action beyond noting the same was taken.

 Jockey Koushik (N R I BLUE) reported that the brow band of the bridle of his mount came out from the left ear, as such he was unable to control his mount from shifting in soon after the start on to the inner rails and thereafter he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken. Trainer G. Shashikanth was cautioned to ensure that proper care should be taken in fixing of equipments on his charge in future.

 Explanation of Trainer L D Silva with regard to the improved performance of his charge RED SNAPER (App. Afroz Khan) as compared to the previous run that his charge in the previous run i.e. R. No. 61 has run with younger bunch as compared to the present race which being age group race for 5 year old and upward, the gelding could be easily settled with the bunch and just managed to win. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied the gelding and was available at longer odds, noted. Trainer L D Silva was however, informed to ensure that his charge race more consistently in future.
Castlerock
 Jockey G Naresh (CASTLEROCK) was cautioned for shifting in, in the final stages of the race and tightening STAR BABE (App. Abhay Singh) racing on the rails. Jockey Md. Ismail (DIFFERENT) was severely cautioned for shifting out immediately after the start in the process tightening and causing a check to CASTLEROCK (G. Naresh).
Star Babe
 Jockey G Naresh (CASTLEROCK) was cautioned for shifting in, in the final stages of the race and tightening STAR BABE (App. Abhay Singh) racing on the rails. App Abhay Singh (STAR BABE) reported that he was denied a clear run from about the 400 mtrs to 300 mtrs due to wall of horses racing in front. As this confirmed our observation no action beyond noting the same was taken.
N R I Sun
 Explanation of Jockey Koushik (N R I SUN) in the presence of Trainer G. Shashikanth that his mount was not holding the bit, as such he was unable to position his mount well up with the field as instructed in the initial stages of the race and thereafter he did his best in the straight was not accepted and the Jockey was fined a sum of Rs.5000/ for tender handling of his mount in the initial stages of the race.
