	After the race, JUDY BLUE EYES was trotted and found to be sound at the stables.
Menilly
	Passing the 500 metres, ONE WISH (R. Ajinkya) shifted out at the same time MENILLY (Dashrath Singh) leaned inwards thereby tightening AEGON (App. P. Shinde) racing between them. After questioning all concerned, Jockeys R. Ajinkay and Dashrath Singh have been Fined Rs.2,000/each. The Equine hospital reported that MENILLY had left eye injury (sore).
Birkin Blower
	Passing the 800 metres, BIRKIN BLOWER (P. Trevor) leaned inwards thereby inconveniencing DESERT FIRE (App. Mustakim Alam). Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned. Approaching the 200 metres, BIRKIN BLOWER (P. Trevor) weakened and dropped back due to which DESERT FIRE (App. Mustakim Alam) racing on his haunches had to check and change course. After the race, BIRKIN BLOWER was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The gelding has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
One Wish
	Passing the 500 metres, ONE WISH (R. Ajinkya) shifted out at the same time MENILLY (Dashrath Singh) leaned inwards thereby tightening AEGON (App. P. Shinde) racing between them. After questioning all concerned, Jockeys R. Ajinkay and Dashrath Singh have been Fined Rs.2,000/each. The Equine hospital reported that ONE WISH had right eye injury.
Aegon
	Passing the 500 metres, ONE WISH (R. Ajinkya) shifted out at the same time MENILLY (Dashrath Singh) leaned inwards thereby tightening AEGON (App. P. Shinde) racing between them. After questioning all concerned, Jockeys R. Ajinkay and Dashrath Singh have been Fined Rs.2,000/each. Passing the winning post, AEGON (App. P. Shinde) collapsed and died on the way back even after immediate resuscitation procedure and treatment.
Desert Fire
	Passing the 800 metres, BIRKIN BLOWER (P. Trevor) leaned inwards thereby inconveniencing DESERT FIRE (App. Mustakim Alam). Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned. Approaching the 200 metres, BIRKIN BLOWER (P. Trevor) weakened and dropped back due to which DESERT FIRE (App. Mustakim Alam) racing on his haunches had to check and change course.

Bunde, dr.4) leaned outwards and they made contact. Passing 300 metres, CIPHER (T. S. Jodha) shifted out under urgings onto SANDMAN (Vishal N. Bunde) causing the later to be steadied. Jockey T. S. Jodha has been fined Rs.2,000/. After the race, Jockey Vishal N. Bunde (SANDMAN) reported that his mount hungin in the straight, despite his efforts. Trainer Nirad Karanjawala has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, SANDMAN & THE PIANIST were trotted and found to be sound.
Ron
	After the race, Jockey C. S. Jodha (RON) reported that the Cross Nose Band on his mount broke immediately after the start. On examination, it was found that the said equipment was in a good condition. However, Trainer Himmat Singh has been asked to be more cautioned in the future.
Cipher
	At the start, THE PIANIST (Dashrath Singh, dr.3) jumped inwards and went across CIPHER (T. S. Jodha, dr.2) who was marginally slow to begin and thereafter made contact with COGNOSCO (A. Sandesh, dr.1). Passing 300 metres, CIPHER (T. S. Jodha) shifted out under urgings onto SANDMAN (Vishal N. Bunde) causing the later to be steadied. Jockey T. S. Jodha has been fined Rs.2,000/.

Sandesh, dr.4) drawn between them was inconvenienced. After the race, Jockey N. B. Kuldeep (TOMORROWS DREAMS, dr.3) reported that at the start his mount jumped outwards brushing the front gates due to which he lost his left stirrups which he regained shortly. The Equine hospital reported that TOMORROWS DREAMS had right eye injury.
Impermanence
	At the start, CELLINI (App. P. Shinde, dr.1) jumped outwards and at the same time IMPERMANENCE (Vishal N. Bunde, dr.2) jumped inwards and they made contact. After the race, ENLIGHTENED & IMPERMANENCE were trotted and found to be sound.
Dilbar

	The Equine hospital reported that HOUSE OF LORDS had left eye injury (sore).

	Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been fined Rs.500/ for mounting Jockey A. Sandesh late on his charge GOLD KITE in the paddock while all other the horses were leaving the paddock.

	At the start, GREAT GUNS (R. Ajinkya, dr.3) jumped outwards and went across DANGEROUS (C. S. Jodha, dr.4) who was slow to begin and made contact with KALAMITSI (Y. S. Srinath, dr.5). Trainer Adhirajsingh Jodha has been fined Rs.500/ for bringing his charge DANGEROUS late in the paddock and further he has been fined Rs.500/ for mounting Jockey C. S. Jodha late in the paddock while all other horses were leaving the paddock. After the race, DANGEROUS was trotted and found to be sound. Further the filly was scoped and found to be EIPH (Gr.1).
Emperor Roderic
	Jockey P. S. Chouhan (EMPEROR RODERIC) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Pune Meeting 2022, he has been fined Rs.3,000/. After the race, EMPEROR RODERIC had cut injury on right hind pastern.
Golden Neil
	After the race, Trainer Narendra Lagad expressed his dissatisfaction into the riding of Jockey J Chinoy (GOLDEN NEIL) as he did not follow his riding instructions. An enquiry has been initiated into the riding of GOLDEN NEIL.
Kalamitsi
	At the start, GREAT GUNS (R. Ajinkya, dr.3) jumped outwards and went across DANGEROUS (C. S. Jodha, dr.4) who was slow to begin and made contact with KALAMITSI (Y. S. Srinath, dr.5).

	Passing the 600 metres, STARRY SPIRIT (Antony Raj S.) was observed to have dropped for no apparent reason and thereafter ran detached from the field. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future.
Hagibis
	Soon after the start, HAGIBIS (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in and carried KAITLAN (A. Sandesh) inwards due to which PRINIA (P. Trevor) racing on its haunches had to be checked and change course thereafter HAGIBIS further shifted in under urgings thereby tightening and inconveniencing KAITLAN. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not being satisfied with his explanation, his Jockey’s licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on Sunday, 9th October 2022 (permitted to ride work/mock race). After the race, App. A. S. Peter (HAGIBIS) reported the loss of whip passing the 150 metres. This being the first instance during the current Pune Meeting 2022, no action has been initiated.
Marine Girl
	MARINE GIRL (D. R. Shubham) bolted off with the rider on the way to the start and was apprehended near 200 metres. Since the filly had almost run the entire course, Trainer Altaf Hussain was called and with his due concern the filly was withdrawn before coming under Starter’s order. Trainer Altaf Hussain has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
