 Jockey S Mubarak, the rider of FESTIVE STAR reported that he accidentally lost his whip passing the 350 Metres.
Cappadocia
 It was reported after the race that CAPPADOCIA (R Ajay Kumar) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Miss China
 Jockey Darshan Anthony B, the rider of MISS CHINA was fined Rs.5,000/ for not infusing adequate vigor in riding out his mount in the final stages of the race. MISS CHINA (Darshan Anthony B) was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality was reported.
News Maker
 NEWS MAKER (Y S Srinath) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting stiff on both fore. Under the circumstances it was permitted to withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Rakesh was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 Jockey M S Deora, the rider of RAJLAKSHMI was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to PININFARINA (Likith Appu K G), on his outside soon, after jumping out of the starting gates.
Power Port
 POWER PORT (Janardhan Paswan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Pratap Kamath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate practice day. The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of POWER PORT, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 305, for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race; In that, as a rider of POWER PORT he came in sharply and bumped COUNTRY’S MIRACLE (H Zeeshan) on his inside which in turn went on to the horses on its inside viz. JET SPEED (M Prabhakaran), KINGS COMMAND (S Antony Raj) and SHIVALIK ATTITUDE (R N Darshan) respectively approaching the 1000 Metres, in the above Race. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the last Race and examined Jockey Janardhan Paswan. After repeatedly watching the CCTV footage of the above Race and after due deliberations, the Stewards decided to fine him a sum of Rs.5,000/ (Rupees Five Thousand only), for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C.Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount POWER PORT, in the above Race. Jockey Janardhan Paswan was informed of his right to appeal.

 The Stipendiary Stewards reported Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of POWER PORT, to the Stewards vide Charge Sheet No. 305, for “Careless Riding” [breach of Rule No. 161 (i) of the My.R.C. Ltd., Rules of Racing] on his mount, in the above Race; In that, as a rider of POWER PORT he came in sharply and bumped COUNTRY’S MIRACLE (H Zeeshan) on his inside which in turn went on to the horses on its inside viz.  Jockey M S Deora, the rider of RAJLAKSHMI was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to PININFARINA (Likith Appu K G), on his outside soon, after jumping out of the starting gates.
Clovis
 CLOVIS (Mohammed Mushraf) whipped around after jumping out, did not raise a fluent gallop, lost many lengths at the start and thereafter, ran detached from the field. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.

 Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of ANGEL DREAMS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to CATALINA (Y S Srinath), on his outside, passing the 1150 Metres.
The Golden Sunrise
 Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of THE GOLDEN SUNRISE, reported that his mount was running green throughout the race. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and on examination of the mouth revealed sharp molars. Hence, Trainer Mr. Santosh S Rao was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st Infringement).
Angel Dreams
 Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of ANGEL DREAMS was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting out and causing interference to CATALINA (Y S Srinath), on his outside, passing the 1150 Metres.

 It was reported after the race that VALKYRIE (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels during the race. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Morganite
 As Jockey S Mubarak, the declared rider of MORGANITE was certified medically unfit to ride after his ride in the first race and as no suitable substitute rider was available, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Joseph B Awale to withdraw MORGANITE from the above race.

5 (5) THE GADAG PLATE (DIV-I)

Fleet Tactical
 FLEET TACTICAL (R Shiva Kumar) swerved left after jumping out of the Starting Gates, raced on the outer sand track for the first 100 Metres and lost many lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the Race Track.
Magic In Me
 It was observed that MAGIC IN ME (M Prabhakaran) ran detached from the field. Trainer Mr. M Bobby was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Braxton
 BRAXTON (K Sai Kiran) was examined at the Starting Gates by the Club’s Veterinary Officer and was found to be trotting lame on right hind. Under the circumstances it was permitted to withdrawn on veterinary grounds before coming under Starter’s orders. Trainer Mr. Md. Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Super Sexy
 It was reported that the Blinkers on SUPER SEXY (H Zeeshan) snapped while rolling behind the starting gates. Under the circumstances it was permitted to withdrawn before coming under Starter’s orders. Hence, Trainer Mr. Helleal Moses was fined Rs.2,000/ for using an unserviceable equipment.

6 (6) THE S.M.ATTAOLLAHI MEMORIAL TROPHY
A Handicap for Horses rated 40 TO 65

Pink Jasmine
 An objection was lodged by Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SMART CADILLAC, placed Fourth by the Judge against Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of PINK JASMINE placed Second by the Judge for, “Inside the last 300 Metres PINK JASMINE bumped me and continuously bumped me till 200 Metres, and again inside the last 100 Metres which cost me a certain second place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placings as under: PINK JASMINE IV
Smart Cadillac
 An objection was lodged by Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of SMART CADILLAC, placed Fourth by the Judge against Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of PINK JASMINE placed Second by the Judge for, “Inside the last 300 Metres PINK JASMINE bumped me and continuously bumped me till 200 Metres, and again inside the last 100 Metres which cost me a certain second place”. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly watching the CCTV replay of the Race, the Stewards decided to uphold the objection and revised the order of placings as under: SMART CADILLAC III

 Jockey Janardhan Paswan, the rider of TRUST BOND reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Cavarozzi
 Jockey M S Deora, the rider of CAVAROZZI, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip, on his mount, in the above Race (1st Infringement).
