S. Chouhan reported that his mount hung out throughout the race despite his efforts and in the process he lost his whip passing the 300 metres. Jockey P. S. Chouhan was informed that this being his first instance of loss of whip during the current Mumbai meeting 22/23 no action has been initiated against him. In view of colt’s behavior, he was subjected to a Veterinary examination and was found to have returned with a Sore on its left fore and has to be passed fit by club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. |

Kaviraj) shifted out under urgings and went across THE PRESIDENT (Vishal N. Bunde) causing the latter to clip the former and stumble. After questioning App. P. S. Kaviraj and not being satisfied with the explanation, his Jockey licence has been suspended for one race day i.e. on 11th Dec’22 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race). Also App. P. S. Kaviraj was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 22/23, he has being fined Rs.3,000/ . |
