	At the start, HOUSE OF LORDS (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.3) jumped outwards and went across ADONIS (Prashant P. Dhebe, dr.4) who was marginally slow to begin. After the race, Jockey Prashant P. Dhebe (ADONIS) that his mount reared up as the start was effected.
Dragonlord
	At the start, BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.7) jumped inwards and made contact with DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.6). Soon after the start, LADY DI (R. Ajinkya) shifted in thereby inconveniencing DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat). Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned. After the race, App. Kirtish Bhagat (DRAGONLORD) reported that his mount hungin the straight. Tr. P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, DRAGONLORD was trotted and found to be sound.
Lady Di
	Soon after the start, LADY DI (R. Ajinkya) shifted in thereby inconveniencing DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat). Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned.
House Of Lords

	After the race, MOON BELLE was observed to have broken a blood vessel and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The filly has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Flashing Famous
	After the race, FLASHING FAMOUS (S G. Prasad) was observed to have lost its footings and stumbled.
Better Half
	At the start, BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.7) jumped inwards and made contact with DRAGONLORD (App. Kirtish Bhagat, dr.6). Approaching the 400 meters, GOLDIVA (P. Trevor) shifted out under urging and carried BETTER HALF (Akshay Gaikwad) outwards. Jockey P. Trevor has been cautioned.

	Soon after the start, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter, dr.8) shifted in at the same time DON’T BE SHY (S. G. Prasad, dr.5) leaned outwards thereby tightening and inconveniencing IMPERMANANCE (App. P. Vinod, dr.6) and ARBITRAGE (K. Nazil, dr.7) drawn between them. Passing 900 meters, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening and inconveniencing HELA (Bhawani Singh) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not being satisfied with the explanation, he has been fine Rs.2,000/. App. A. S. Peter (DILBAR) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, he has been fined Rs.3,000/.
Phanta
	PHANTA (S. J. Sunil, dr. 10) took a fly jump thereby losing about 3 lengths at the start. After the race, Jockey S. J. Sunil (PHANTA) reported that his mount leanedin in the stall and was not allowing him to settle. Tr. M. Narredu has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Hela
	Passing 900 meters, DILBAR (App. A. S. Peter) shifted in under urgings thereby tightening and inconveniencing HELA (Bhawani Singh) causing the latter to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. Peter and not being satisfied with the explanation, he has been fine Rs.2,000/. After the race, HELA was trotted and found to be sound and RISING BRAVE had gum injury.
Rising Brave

Habibi
	Passing the 700 metres, HABIBI (Neeraj Rawal) leaned inwards thereby inconveniencing DON’T BE SHY (S. G. Prasad) who had to be steadied. Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been cautioned.

	At the request of Trainer S. K. Sunderji, ALMAS was examined in the stable area at 6.15 p.m. on 26/11/2022 and was found to be lame by right hind, the filly was certified unfit to race and was withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

J. Sunil and not being satisfied with the explanation, his Jockeys licence has been suspended for one day i.e. on 18th December’ 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Power Of Thor
	App. Mustakim Alam (POWER OF THOR) was observed to have ridden in an improper manner whereby he had used his reins to tap the horse in the last 300 metres. An enquiry has been initiated into this incident and a report will be submitted shortly.
Twelfth Earl
	Passing the 400 metres, WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) shifted out under the whip thereby bumping and forcing ELEOS (Neeraj Rawal) outwards onto TWELFTH EARL (App. P. Vinod). After questioning Jockey S. J. Sunil and not being satisfied with the explanation, his Jockeys licence has been suspended for one day i.e. on 18th December’ 2022 for careless riding (permitted to ride work/mock race).

Sunil) along the rails. Due to this incident both TEISPES (S. G. Prasad) and WILLY WONKAA (S. J. Sunil) had to be checked. After questioning App. A. S. 	After being stalled, NORD (R. Shelar, dr.14) played up and hooked one of its fore legs in the adjoining stall as such the horse was taken out and examined by the Clubs Sr. V.O. who certified him fit to race. Thereafter, he refused to be stalled and therefore he was withdrawn before coming under Starters order. Tr. H. J. Antia has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the colt to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. SUSSING (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.15) who was in the adjoining stall of NORD (R. Shelar, dr.14) got restless and started lashing out. The mare was taken out and examined by the Clubs Sr. V.O. and found to have bleeding injuries on left shank inside, right elbow outside and gum injury as certified unfit to race and was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order.
Sussing
	SUSSING (Akshay Gaikwad, dr.15) who was in the adjoining stall of NORD (R. Shelar, dr.14) got restless and started lashing out. The mare was taken out and examined by the Clubs Sr. V.O. and found to have bleeding injuries on left shank inside, right elbow outside and gum injury as certified unfit to race and was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order.
