 It was reported after the race that CORPORATE RED (S R Santosh Kumar) pulled up lame of left fore. Trainer Mr. Vinesh Naik was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Fifty Grand
 Jockey R Shiva Kumar, the rider of FIFTY GRAND was reprimanded for travelling wide rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. It was observed at the starting gates that the Blinkers on FIFTY GRAND (R Shiva Kumar) was worn out from the edges. After due examination of the equipment after the race, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was fined Rs.2,000/ for using an unserviceable equipment on his charge FIFTY GRAND in the above race.
Ironic Humour
 IRONIC HUMOUR (Mohammed Mushraf) sustained injury on right hind coronet and also apparently lost its right hind shoe during the race.

2 (42) THE CHRISTMAS PLATE

Kushaq
 Jockey Likith Appu K G, the rider of KUSHAQ was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ROYAL THUNDER (A Ayaz Khan) on his inside along the rails approaching the 350 Metres.
O Kanhaiya
 At the instance of Trainer Mr. Rakesh, the Stipendiary Stewards immediately opened an enquiry into the running and riding of Jockey B Darshan Anthony on his mount O KANHAIYA. Both Trainer Mr. Rakesh and Jockey B Darshan Anthony were given the opportunity to express themselves. The Stipendiary Stewards on their own observations seeing the race run and viewing the same on CCTV and hearing both Trainer Rakesh and Jockey B Darshan Anthony decided to fine Jockey B Darshan Anthony Rs.3,000/ in that after a sluggish start Jockey B Darshan Anthony made no serious effort to imrove his position for a greater part of the race thereby putting his ride to disadvantage.
Against All Odds
 It was observed that AGAINST ALL ODDS (Arshad Alam) accidentally jumped over the crossover path near the 1600 Metres.
Sunlight Storm
 Trainer M. C D Monnappa was questioned regarding the improved performance of his charge SUNLIGHT STORM ridden by Jockey Shreyas Singh in the above race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 39 i.e The Brig. C D Mohan Memorial Plate – Div I (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45 run on Wednesday, 14th December 2022 when ridden by the same Jockey it ran unplaced. The Trainer stated as follows: a) that Jockey Shreyas Singh advised him that he would perform much better at longer distances and b) As there was a race available over the 1800 Metres he decided to run his charge in the above race and it performed well to his surprise and won. His explanations were noted for future reference.
Royal Thunder
 Jockey Likith Appu K G, the rider of KUSHAQ was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting in and causing interference to ROYAL THUNDER (A Ayaz Khan) on his inside along the rails approaching the 350 Metres. Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the rider of ROYAL THUNDER was fined Rs.2,000/ for not following the weighing ‘in’ procedure in that he set aside his saddle on the table before weighing ‘in’. He was informed that a similar manner of occurrence would entail him being reported to the Stewards for strict disciplinary action.

3 (43) THE RAJENDRAVILAS PLATE
A Handicap for Horses rated 20 TO 45 - (5 YEARS OLD & UPWARD)		 1400M

N R I Plan
 N R I PLAN (Tousif Khan) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Gate Jump on a Starting Gate practice day.
Ascendent
 It was observed that ASCENDENT (S R Santosh Kumar) abruptly stopped galloping after passing the 400 Metres. It was reported after the race by the Club’s Veterinary Officer that it had pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Bonito
 Jockey A Ayaz Khan, the rider of BONITO though well clear of the field was reprimanded for looking over his shoulder in the final stages of the race. He was informed that severe action would be taken against him for this undesirable action if repeated.
D Durga
 Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of D DURGA was reprimanded for travelling wide till about rounding the final bend for no apparent reason. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Chilly Breeze
 Jockey Arshad Alam, the rider of CHILLY BREEZE reported that he momentarily lost his left rein in the closing stages of the race. It was reported after the race that CHILLY BREEZE (Arshad Alam) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Srinivas Babu G was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
California Gold
 CALIFORNIA GOLD (Akash Agarwal) planted, lost many lengths at the start and ran detached thereater. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Aditya K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race day on the race track.

4 (44) THE DR.M.N.DORESWAMY MEMORIAL TROPHY

 WILD SPELL (Janardhan Paswan) sustained gum injury.
Silver Ikon
 Jockey Siddaraju P, the rider of SILVER IKON was severely reprimanded for cutting across the field sharply before passing the red marker post.
Eddie The Eagle
 Jockey M S Deora, the rider of EDDIE THE EAGLE reported that his mount was hanging ‘in’ after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and the examination of the mouth by the Club’s Veterinary Officer revealed sharp molars. Hence Trainer Mr. Md Sajid Qureshi was fined Rs.3,000/ for his negligence (1st infringement).
Nothing To Worry
 KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (R Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced NOTHING TO WORRY (P Kiran Rai) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates. It was reported after the race that NOTHING TO WORRY (P Kiran Rai) pulled up lame on right fore. Trainer Mr. Girinath C was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Kingofthejungle
 KINGOFTHEJUNGLE (R Shiva Kumar) jumped awkwardly outwards and inconvenienced NOTHING TO WORRY (P Kiran Rai) on its outside soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates.
Jewel Thief
 It was observed that JEWEL THIEF (Angad) ran detached till about rounding the final bend. Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.

 Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Joseph B Awale to withdraw BLACK COFFEE (A R Pradeep) on veterinary grounds as it was found to be suffering from severe inflammation of upper respiratory track. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

 PERFECT PERFECTO (Mohammed Mushraf) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced MILOS (Arshad Alam) on its inside soon after the start. Jockey A Ashad Asbar, the rider of PARKER was severely reprimanded for forcing his passage thereby inconveniencing PERFECT PERFECTO (Mohammed Mushraf) on his inside along the rails approaching the 300 Metres. He was advised to be more careful in future.
Achook
 ACHOOK (Shamaz Shareef) sustained bleeding cut injuries inside both hock joint.
Knotty Woods
 KNOTTY WOODS (S Antony Raj) sustained bleeding cut on right hind coronet.
Imperius
 Jockey K Sai Kiran, the rider of IMPERIUS was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the race (1st Infringement).
Milos
 PERFECT PERFECTO (Mohammed Mushraf) jumped awkwardly inwards and inconvenienced MILOS (Arshad Alam) on its inside soon after the start.
Parker
 Jockey A Ashad Asbar, the rider of PARKER was severely reprimanded for forcing his passage thereby inconveniencing PERFECT PERFECTO (Mohammed Mushraf) on his inside along the rails approaching the 300 Metres. He was advised to be more careful in future.
