The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Gaurav Singh and Dashrath Singh, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Steward, decided to overrule the objection and the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted. Jockey Dashrath Singh was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for allowing his mount to shift in, in the last 150 metres causing MAKHTOOB to be steadied. |
