It was reported after the race that TOP DANCER (IndraJeet Singh) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr.Neil B Devaney was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.

III (About) 1200 metres. Horses rated 20 to 45 run on 10/2/2023 wherein it ran unplaced. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner gr g TWILIGHT FAME.

 An enquiry is being held into the running and riding of ENGLISH BAY, trained by Mr. S. Dominic and ridden by Jockey Ashok Kumar A in the above race.
Lauterbrunnen
 An enquiry was held by the Stipendiary Stewards for the above race into the interference caused by Jockey Angad on his mount LAUTERBRUNNEN in that he shifted ‘in’ dangerously and caused severe interference to the horses on his inside viz; ETERNAL PRINCESS (Vinod Shinde) and SILVER IKON (Chethan Gowda) approaching 900 Metres. The Stipendiary Steward thereafter suspended the Jockey’s Licence granted to Angad with effect from 27th February, 2023 to 11th March, 2023 (both days inclusive) as he had pleaded guilty of the charge under Rule No. 161 (i) of the BTC Rules of Racing for Dangerous Riding on his mount LAUTERBRUNNEN (he was permitted to ride work) and was informed of his right to appeal.
