 Explanation of Jockey Mukesh Kumar (MASTER TOUCH) that his instructions were to sit 5th and tuck inside the horses which he could not follow as he had horses on his inside and was forced to shift out to make his move in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted for future reference. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the gelding lost its right fore shoe during the running of the race. However the gelding was trotting sound after the race.
Cash Register
 Explanation of Trainer LVR Deshmukh with regard to the dismal performance of his charge CASH REGISTER (B. Nikhil) unplaced in the race, who won in the previous race that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer to his charges poor performance. The Trainer was however, informed that any reversal of form of his charge, he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
Sundance Kid
 Explanation of Trainer R H Sequeira with regard to the improved performance of his charge SUNDANCE KID (App. Abhay Singh) winner of the race who finished off board in the previous race that after the previous run i.e. Race No. 39, he has given a long gap, gave a Mock race and also changed the equipment as his charge has a habit of running out in the straight. The Trainer added that this is the second run of the horse and after the first run and mock race, his charge has improved and just managed to win this race. The Trainer further added that he has not fancied his charge and was available at longer odds was noted for future reference. App. Abhay Singh (SUNDANCE KID) reported that his mount was hanging out for greater part of the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. SUNDANCE KID (App. Abhay Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

 Explanation of Trainer R H Sequeira with regard to the improved performance of his charge PACIFIC COMMAND (App. Abhay Singh) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous run that his charge in the previous race i.e in Race No. 109 ran 1st time after being operated and in that race the gelding did not show any speed as such he has given a long gap of more than 40 days and ran in this race. The Trainer added that the gap of 40 days, change of equipment and 400 mtrs extra to travel has been to his charges advantage as such the improved performance and the gelding just managed to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied and but given him a chance was noted for future reference. The Trainer was however, cautioned to ensure that his charge race more consistently in future.
Wot's Up Jay
 As Jockey Mukesh Kumar failed to weight out with the weight declared, the Stewards permitted App. Gaurav Singh to be substituted on WOT`S UP JAY.
Arba Wahed Arba
 Explanation of Jockey P S Chouhan (ARBA WAHED ARBA) that his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight and dropped back inspite of his best efforts, noted.

 CARNIVAL LADY (B. Nikhil) shied and ducked out after passing the Winning post in the process dislodged the Jockey. The Jockey who was given immediate medical aid escaped unhurt.

 CAPE TOWN (Mohit Singh) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was advised for a better performance in future.

 The Stewards of Hyderabad Race Club fined Trainer D. Netto a sum of Rs. 25,000/ for not parading his charge BLACK OPAL (S. Saqlain) in the Paddock for viewing of the public before being led to the starting gates, thereby contravening the laid down norms published in the HRC Sheet Racing Calendar and further cautioned Trainer to ensure that such lapses do not occur in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit.
Alina
 ALINA (P. Ajeeth Kumar) lost footings on more than two occasions soon after the start and thereafter trailed the field throughout the race inspite of Jockeys efforts.
Ella Eldingar
 ELLA ELDINGAR (G. Naresh) was observed to have lost its left hind shoe during the running of the race. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.
Riffa
 RIFFA (Mukesh Kumar) was observed to be trotting lame on left hind due to back sprain, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
Shazia
 SHAZIA (Dhanu S Deora) was observed to have sore shin over right fore, as such the filly has been permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
