The Stewards after seeing replay of the race on CCTV and acting on their own observation of the race have resolved that “no blame could be attributed to any individual with regard to fall of Jockey Rafique Sk during the running of the race at about the 200 mtrs” and since the incident was purely accidental, no action beyond noting the same was taken and ordered the Clerk of the Scales to give “All Clear” for the race. |
