	Jockey P. Trevor (THE GODFATHER) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his first offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, he has been fined Rs.3,000/. After the race, Jockey P. Trevor (THE GODFATHER) reported that the saddle on his mount had slipped during the race. This being the first instance of faulty saddling during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, Tr. M. Narredu has been fined Rs.2,000/.

	App. Mustakim Alam (GOLDEN NEIL) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. On being questioned App. Mustakim Alam stated that his mount was hanging out and he had used the whip as a corrective measure and the same was borne out from the video recording of the race, as such, no action has been initiated against Jockey. However, Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Magileto
	Passing the 600 metres, it was observed that due to a tightly packed field MAGILETO (T. S. Jodha) racing along the rails had to be checked. After the race, Jockey T. S. Jodha (MAGILETO) reported loss of whip passing the 250 metres. This being his first instance during the current Mumbai Meeting 2022/23, no action has been initiated.
Yukan
	At the start, YUKAN (P. Trevor, dr.2) jumped outwards and made contact with MAGNETO (Imran Chisty, dr.3) who had to be steadied.

	The Sr. V.O. reported that HOUSE OF LORDS was sent to the Equine Hospital for radiography on 2nd April 2023 and was found to be sore by right fore. As such, the gelding has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
