Intense Approach

Niche Storm
 At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards a Stewards enquiry was called as clerk of the scale reported that App. Lalkar Singh (NICHE STORM) (winner) weighed IN 1.25 kg less. The Stewards interviewed Trainer VS Parmar wherein he stated that there was no change of equipment by him after the jockey had weighed out and he is not aware as to how App. Lalkar Singh weighed IN 1.25 kg less. Thereafter the Stewards questioned Lalkar Singh about this lapse and since he could not offer any mitigating reason/ explanation and also having heard the Stipendiary Stewards they decided to Disqualify NICHE STORM under rule no. 180 and revise the order of placing as follows:
