In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day. At the behest of the Stipendiary Stewards, a Stewards’ enquiry was ordered and held, with particular reference to the Start of the Race, wherein TOP RANK (A R Pradeep), which was the favourite of the above Race, reared up simultaneously when the Start of the Race was effected. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Starter Mr. Kiran M and the handler in charge of the horse inside the Starting Stalls as well the rider of the horse, Jockey A R Pradeep. After due discussions and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above race, the Stewards decided not to alter the Judges’ Placings of the above Race. |
