 Jockey, R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of AKASI was reprimanded for coming `in’ and inconveniencing INFINITE SPIRIT (Vinod Shinde), on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres.
Swiss Tigress
 Jockey Prabhu Kumar M, the rider of SWISS TIGRESS was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back in the back stretch. He was also reprimanded for travelling wide, rounding the bend, for no apparent reason.
Infinite Spirit
 Jockey, R Rayan Ahmed, the rider of AKASI was reprimanded for coming `in’ and inconveniencing INFINITE SPIRIT (Vinod Shinde), on his inside, passing the 1000 Metres. It was observed that INFINITE SPIRIT (Vinod Shinde) was hanging `out’, rounding the bend and after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Lokanath V was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.
Apollo Light
 APOLLO LIGHT (S Hussain) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the start.
California Gold
 Jockey, Salman Khan, the rider of CALIFORNIA GOLD reported that his mount was bleeding through the mouth. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination and was reported to have sustained a cut injury on its tongue.
Peter Rabbit
 PETER RABBIT (Abhishek Mhatre) sustained a clipped injury on right hind tendon.
I Can
 Jockey P Kiran Rai, the rider of I CAN was reprimanded for repeatedly looking back during the closing stages of the Race. An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of I CAN (P Kiran Rai) trained by Mr. C Girinath, the winner of the above Race as compared to its previous run in Race No. 55 of the Mysore (Monsoon) Races 2022, i.e., The Nainital Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 00 to 25, 5 years old and over, run on Ninth Day, Saturday, 24th September, 2022, when ridden by Jockey P Kiran Rai, it ran fifth. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, b g I CAN.

 TWIN FLAME (M Rajesh Kumar) was extremely fractious at the Gates and refused to be stalled. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter`s Orders.  An enquiry is being held into the reversal of form and the resultant improved performance of BENGHAZI (Angad), trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu, the winner of this Race, as compared to its previous run in Race No.24 of the Mysore Summer Races 2023 , i.e., The Ranibennur Plate (About) 1400 Metres, for horses rated 20 to 45, run on Fourth Day, Friday, 16th June, 2023, when ridden by Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, it ran unplaced. Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, dk b g BENGHAZI.

 DEEMED TO FIRE (P Kiran Rai) reared up when the gates opened and lost many lengths at the Start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. C Girinath was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.  MILOS (Mohammed Mushraf) veered out to the left soon after jumping out of the Starting Gates and took out D ROMANCE (P Kiran Rai), on his outside, thereby losing many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. MILOS (Mohammed Mushraf) – Jumped awkwardly, swerved to left and lost many lengths.
Ochre
 Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of OCHRE, reported that the saddle shifted back, right from the Start of the Race. After due examination of the equipment, which was found to be in serviceable condition, Trainer Mr. Ranjeet Shinde was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling.
Dream Machine
 Jockey Afsar Khan, the rider of DREAM MACHINE reprimanded for coming `in’ before the Red Marker Post and thereafter, for coming in and inconveniencing SUPER SEXY (P Sai Kumar), on his inside, approaching the 1000 Metres.
D Romance

Trainer Mr. Feroz M Khan was informed that he should produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.

 D LORD (V R Jagdeesh) sustained gum injury.
Infiniteposibility
 Jockey Prabhu Kumar M, the rider of INFINITEPOSIBILITY, reported that the saddle shifted in front, rounding the bend; After due examination of the equipment, Trainer Mr. Girinath C was fined Rs.3,000/ for faulty saddling.

 Trainer Mr. Rajesh Narredu was fined Rs.2,000/ for not informing the authorities about the change of equipment (taking off the Basket Bit) on his charge, MOMENTOUS (Y S Srinath), before the Acceptance Stage.

 It was reported after the Race that DOC MARTIN (B Darshan Anthony) burst its blood vessels. Trainer Mr. Ramesh S was informed that he should produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club’s Veterinary Officer, before accepting with it again.
Natural One
 In connection with the above incident, Mr. Vinesh V Naik, the Trainer of NATURAL ONE (Vivek G), placed second by the Judge, also lodged an objection against Mr. Koshi Kumar, the rider of AQUILA D’ORO, placed First by the Judge, for `In the straight the winner AQUILA D’ORO whipped through the reigns which is not permitted. This cost me a certain Race`. The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik and Jockey concerned, Koshi Kumar. After due deliberations and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above Race, the Stewards, after applying their own minds on the above incident, decided that there shall be no change in the order of the Judges’ Placings. The Stewards also decided to overrule the objection. However, the Stewards directed the Stipendiary Stewards to conduct an enquiry pertaining to Apprentice Jockey Koshi Kumar using his reins to whip his mount AQUILA D’ ORO and submit a report to them.
Meadow Flower
 Jockey, Inayat, the rider of MEADOW FLOWER was fined Rs.2,000/ for shifting `in’ and causing interference to AQUILA D’ORO (Koshi Kumar), at the Start.

 Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of QUEEN REGNANT, placed fourth by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey, Y S Srinath, the rider of KATANA, placed third by the Judge, for `In the last 150 metres rider of horse No. 3 KATANA starter shifting out and when I was approaching the last 100 metres Y S Srinath came right in front of me, where I had to stop riding which cost me a certain place.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned. After due deliberations and after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the above race, the Stewards decided to overrule the Objection.
Katana
 KATANA (Y S Srinath) drifted out alarmingly in the closing stage of the race; The horse was impounded for veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported. However, Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again. Jockey R N Darshan, the rider of QUEEN REGNANT, placed fourth by the Judge, lodged an objection against Jockey, Y S Srinath, the rider of KATANA, placed third by the Judge, for `In the last 150 metres rider of horse No. 3 KATANA starter shifting out and when I was approaching the last 100 metres Y S Srinath came right in front of me, where I had to stop riding which cost me a certain place.” The Stewards held an enquiry immediately after the Race and examined the Jockeys concerned.  SEA BLUSH (Inayat) planted and lost many lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah K was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track.
