Parmar) outwards and in Jockey N.S.Parmar’s effort to hold his ground his mount leaned inwards. After questioning all concerned Jockey Neeraj Rawal has been fined Rs.5,000/ and Jockey N. S. Parmar has been cautioned.

 SILVER SPRING (Akshay Kumar, dr.10) was reluctant to stall. Trainer Imtiaz Sait has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.

 At the start, BOMBAY (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.9) jumped inwards onto AXIS (A. K. Aniket, dr.8) causing the latter to be steadied.

 After the race, ENCHANTING EMPRESS & SWEET EMOTION were trotted and found to be sound.
Bombay
 At the start, BOMBAY (App. Mustakim Alam, dr.9) jumped inwards onto AXIS (A. K. Aniket, dr.8) causing the latter to be steadied.
Sweet Emotion
 SWEET EMOTION (T. S. Jodha, dr.3) jumped out awkwardly throwing her head up thereby losing about two lengths at the start. After questioning, Jockey T.S.Jodha stated that he was instructed to settle the filly and in the process she threw her head up. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the incident and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, ENCHANTING EMPRESS & SWEET EMOTION were trotted and found to be sound.

 After the race, App. Haridas Gore (ZARAK) reported that passing the 300 metres his reins slipped momentarily. App. Jockey has been severely cautioned.

 At the request of Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait, endoscopy was performed on RUE ST HONORE’ at the Equine Hospital and was found to have EIPH (Gr.III) and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The mare has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Finch
 After the race, FINCH was trotted and found to be sound.

Rising Power
 Approaching the 700 metres, RISING POWER (A. K. Aniket) was observed to have dropped back and thereafter ran detached from the field. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to ensure that his charge puts up a reasonable performance in the future. After the race, PHENOM & RISING POWER were trotted and found to be sound.

 After the race, PURE FOR SURE was trotted and found to be sound but was observed to have wolf tooth on right side. As such, Trainer Deepesh Narredu has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

 Approaching the 1000 metres, ULTIMO (Neeraj Rawal) shifted in at the same time SORRENTO SECRET (N. S. Parmar) leaned outwards resulting in them to jostle. Jockeys Neeraj Rawal and N.S.Parmar have been cautioned. Passing the 900 metres, DASHMESH DANCER (Vishal N. Bunde) shifted out thereby carrying ULTIMO (Neeraj Rawal) outwards. Jockey Vishal N. Bunde has been cautioned.
Maysara
 App. Haridas Gore (MAYSARA) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his 2nd offence during the current Pune Meeting 2023, he has been fined Rs.5,000/.
Operation Finale
 Passing the 600 metres, OPERATION FINALE (R. Ajinkya) shifted in due to which SORRENTO SECRET (N. S. Parmar) had to check and change course. Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned.
Showman
 After the race, SHOWMAN was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by left fore, the colt has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

 Jockey S. Saqlain (FORTUNE TELLER) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his 1st offence during the current Pune Meeting 2023, he has been fine Rs.3,000/. After the race, FORTUNE TELLER was found to have an injury on the left hind fetlock.
Star Lap
 At the start, STAR LAP (R. Shelar, dr.5) jumped out awkwardly due to which the filly was marginally slow to begin.
Waikiki
 At the start, OUTLANDER (Neeraj Rawal, dr.3) jumped outwards onto PYRRHUS (C. Umesh, dr.4) thereafter WAIKIKI (N. S. Parmar, dr.6) shifted in and made contact with PYRRHUS forcing it inwards onto OUTLANDER who had to be steadied.
Outlander
 At the start, OUTLANDER (Neeraj Rawal, dr.3) jumped outwards onto PYRRHUS (C. Umesh, dr.4) thereafter WAIKIKI (N. S. Parmar, dr.6) shifted in and made contact with PYRRHUS forcing it inwards onto OUTLANDER who had to be steadied. The Equine Hospital reported that OUTLANDER was found to have an ulcer in left eye.
Pyrrhus
 At the start, OUTLANDER (Neeraj Rawal, dr.3) jumped outwards onto PYRRHUS (C. Umesh, dr.4) thereafter WAIKIKI (N. S. Parmar, dr.6) shifted in and made contact with PYRRHUS forcing it inwards onto OUTLANDER who had to be steadied.
Red Merlot
 The Sr. V.O. reported that RED MERLOT had been treated with shockwave therapy within the last 10 days, as such the gelding was not permitted to run. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been fined Rs.10,000/ for contravention of the Calendar Notification regarding treatment of horses with Corporeal Shock Wave Therapy (or) Radial Pulse.
