Mariella
 It was observed that MARIELLA (H. Zeeshan) was travelling wide throughout the race for no apparent reason. After questioning and not being satisfied, Jockey H. Zeeshan has been fined Rs.3,000/.
House Of Lords
 An enquiry has been initiated into the improved performance of HOUSE OF LORDS (A. K. Aniket) and a report will be submitted shortly. The Equine Hospital reported that ZIP ALONG was found to have sore left eye and HOUSE OF LORDS was found to have sore right eye.
Victory Chant
 At the start, CHAMPAGNE SMILE (Vishal N. Bunde, dr.4) jumped inwards and made contact with VICTORY CHANT (M. S. Deora, dr.3). Passing the 100 metres, it was observed that VICTORY CHANT (M. S. Deora) stumbled and fell along with the rider, the gelding was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to have a swelling due to a fracture on its right shoulder, as such, the gelding was euthanized on humanitarian grounds.

 At the start, ULTIMO (R. Ajinkya, dr.8) jumped outwards thereby bumping and forcing ATTAINED (P. Trevor, dr.9) onto MONARCHY (Shahrukh Khan, dr.10) and MY PRINCESS (P. Vinod, dr.11) who were tightened for room and had be checked. Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned. The Equine Hospital reported that ATTAINED was found to have sore right eye and MOJO was found to have sore left eye.
Ultimo
 After being stalled, ULTIMO (R. Ajinkya, dr.8) reared up, hooked his fore in the adjoining stall, the gelding was taken out and examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. who certified him fit to race. Trainer S. K. Sunderji has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. At the start, ULTIMO (R. Ajinkya, dr.8) jumped outwards thereby bumping and forcing ATTAINED (P. Trevor, dr.9) onto MONARCHY (Shahrukh Khan, dr.10) and MY PRINCESS (P. Vinod, dr.11) who were tightened for room and had be checked. Jockey R. Ajinkya has been cautioned. After the race, ULTIMO was trotted and found to be sound.
Sim Sim
 At the start, SIM SIM (S. Saqlain, dr.6) jumped inwards and made contact with WALSHY (S. J. Sunil, dr.5) who was marginally slow to begin. After the race, Jockey S. Saqlain (SIM SIM) reported loss of whip passing the 200 metres. This being his second instance during the current Pune Meeting 2023, he has been fined Rs.2,000/.
My Princess
 At the start, ULTIMO (R. Ajinkya, dr.8) jumped outwards thereby bumping and forcing ATTAINED (P. Trevor, dr.9) onto MONARCHY (Shahrukh Khan, dr.10) and MY PRINCESS (P.  It was observed that JENDAYI (P. S. Chouhan) was inclined outwards in the straight, despite the Jockeys efforts. Trainer P. Shroff has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. The Equine Hospital reported that JENDAYI was found to have sore both eyes with ulcer and ALEXANDROS was found to have sore left eye with ulcer.
Alexandros
 After the race, ALEXANDROS was found to have an injury on its right nostril. The Equine Hospital reported that JENDAYI was found to have sore both eyes with ulcer and ALEXANDROS was found to have sore left eye with ulcer.

 LITTORIO (Kirtish Bhagat, dr.3) jumped out awkwardly thereby losing about a length at the start. The Equine Hospital reported that LITTORIO was found to have both eyes sore with ulcer and OPERATION FINALE was found to have an ulcer in right eye.
Operation Finale
 On the way to the starting gates, OPERATION FINALE (R. Ajinkya) dislodged the rider at the 1000 metres and bolted off towards the winning post. As per the norms, Trainer S. K. Sunderji was called and in accordance with the norms the horse was led back to the gates. Thereafter, the gelding was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. who certified him fit to race. Further, after the race the gelding was trotted and found to be sound. Trainer S. K. Sunderji has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. The Equine Hospital reported that LITTORIO was found to have both eyes sore with ulcer and OPERATION FINALE was found to have an ulcer in right eye.
Sonic Boom
 Approaching the 600 metres, SONIC BOOM (S. J. Sunil) shifted out thereby carrying EMERALD QUEEN (K. Nazil) and ZARAFAT (H. M. Akshay) outwards causing both the horses to be steadied. Jockey S. J. Sunil has been cautioned.
