Treasure Chest
	As Jockey Y.S. Srinath was certified medically unfit to ride. Permission was granted to trainer Mr. S. Dominic to declare Jockey Imran Chisty to ride TREASURE CHEST in place of the declared rider. It was observed that Jockey Harish B., the rider of EVERYONE GODFATHER had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner TREASURE CHEST (Imran Chisty) approaching 700 Metres.
Blue God
	Jockey Antony Raj S., the rider of BLUE GOD reported that his mount shied away from the advertisement hoarding in the final 100 Metres.
Everyone Godfather
	It was observed that Jockey Harish B., the rider of EVERYONE GODFATHER had to steady his mount to avoid striking the front runner TREASURE CHEST (Imran Chisty) approaching 700 Metres. Jockey Harish B., the rider of EVERYONE GODFATHER was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out SEA JACK (B. Nayak) on his outside approaching 600 Metres. EVERYONE GODFATHER (Harish B.) was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Palomino
	PALOMINO (Vivek.G) took a fly jump. SEA JACK (B. Nayak) after jumping out shifted out violently and inconvenienced PALOMINO (Vivek.G) approaching 1300 Metres and thereafter it was running out throughout the race. In view of its repeated unruly behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races. SEA JACK was subjected to veterinary examination but no abnormality was reported.
Sea Jack
	SEA JACK (B. Nayak) after jumping out shifted out violently and inconvenienced PALOMINO (Vivek.G) approaching 1300 Metres and thereafter it was running out throughout the race. In view of its repeated unruly behaviour, Trainer Mr. Pradeep Annaiah was informed not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in at least two Mock Races. 	It was reported after the race that EL ALAMEIN (A.R.Pradeep) burst its blood vessels Trainer Mr.Faraz Arshad was informed to produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Sunlit Path
	Jockey Surya P., the rider of ELIZABETH REGINA was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out SUNLIT PATH (P. Trevor) on his outside passing the 150 Metres.
Elizabeth Regina
	Jockey Surya P., the rider of ELIZABETH REGINA was fined Rs.1,000/ for shifting out and taking out SUNLIT PATH (P. Trevor) on his outside passing the 150 Metres.

	CRIMSON STAR (Vivek) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. S. Inayathulla was informed not to accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a jump out on a starting gate practice day.
Air Blast
	Jockey M. Prabhakaran, the rider of AIR BLAST shifted ‘in’ very sharply passing the 700 Metres, thereby causing severe interference to DAWN RISING (Imran Chisty) on his inside who almost had a fall from his mount. Further Jockey Imran Chisty, the rider of DAWN RISING had to change course and took out the horses on his outside viz; BELLISSIMO (Naveen M.) and PERFECT HALO (Rajesh Kumar M) approaching 600 Metres. An enquiry is being held into the incident.

As the incident was accidental no action was taken beyond noting the incident. EXCELLENT RAY was subjected to veterinary examination and it was found to be lame on left fore. Subsequently, it was euthanized at 6.30 PM on 25.01.24 as the horse sustained irreparable fracture of Left scapula.

Kallu Sakkare
	Trainer Mr. Warren Singh was fined Rs.5,000/ for discrepancy in shoeing in respect of his charge KALLU SAKKARE (A.R.Pradeep) (1st infringement).
The Strikingly
