	An enquiry is being held into the manner of riding of Jockey P Kiran Rai, on his mount DEEMED TO FIRE, trained by Mr. Vikram Appachu, in the above Race.

	Jockey Nikhil Naidu, the rider of WHITE LIES, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount in the above Race [1st infringement].

	Jockey Koshi Kumar, the rider of SUPER SEXY, was fined Rs.5,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount in the above Race [2nd infringement]
Miracle Honey
	S Jockey L Alex Rozario, the declared rider of MIRACLE HONEY, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S to substitute Jockey Inayat to ride MIRACLE HONEY in place of the declared rider.

	It was reported after the Race that GAME BOY (Arshad Alam) burst its blood vessels; Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
D Golden Cup
	Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of D GOLDEN CUP reported that his mount grabbed the bit and was running out after entering the straight. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but, no abnormality was reported. Jockey M Prabhakaran, the rider of D GOLDEN CUP was reprimanded for dropping his hand before passing the Winning Post.

	TOP RANK (Siddaraju P) reared up as the gates opened and lost few lengths at the start; In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi was informed that he must not accept with it again until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in One Mock Race on a Race Day on the race track. TOP RANK (Siddaraju P) – Reared up as the gates opened and lost few lengths.
Flying Falcon
	Permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Bipin V Salvi to withdraw FLYING FALCON (A R Pradeep) from the above Race as it was observed to be trotting lame on right hind due to muscular sprain. Jockey M Shahid, the rider of STEP UP GIRL, was fined Rs.3,000/ for the excessive use of the whip on his mount during the Race [1st infringement]. STEP UP GIRL (M Shahid) sustained gum injury.
Chilly Breeze
	It was reported after the Race that CHILLY BREEZE (Faiz) pulled up lame on left fore. Trainer Mr. Monnappa C D was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it again.
Royal Title
	ROYAL TITLE (G Umesh) – Was slowly away.
Brave Girl
	BRAVE GIRL (Hemant Chandragiri) jumped awkwardly `outwards’ at the start and thereafter, ran detached from the field throughout the race; Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao S was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
The Peg
	THE PEG (Samundra Singh) dropped the rider and bolted on its way to the Starting Gates. Under the circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s Orders. THE PEG (Samundra Singh) – Was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under Starters Order, as the gelding bolted on its way to Starting Gate.

Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav was questioned by the Stipendiary Stewards as to the inconsistent running and the resultant improved performance of his charge D DON KING (J Paswan), the winner of the above race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 202324. After due enquiry and not being satisfied with the explanations tendered by Trainer, Mr. Vishal Yadav, the Stipendiary Stewards decided as follows; a) To fine Trainer Mr. Vishal Yadav, a sum of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only) for the inconsistent running and the resultant improved performance of his charge D DON KING (J Paswan), the winner of the above race, as compared to all its previous runs during the Mysore Winter Races 202324; and Routine Sample was taken for analysis from the winner, ch g D DON KING.
