 Explanation of Jockey Hindu Singh (ARION ONE) in the presence of Trainer R H Sequeira that his instructions were to sit close 2nd/3rd which he tried to follow and when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts. The Trainer while confirming the above added that his charge is running in this race after long set back and opined that the filly did not run to his expectation, noted. Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the filly sustained cut injury over right fore. However, the filly was trotting sound after the race.

 Explanation of Trainer A Vatsalya with regard to the improved performance of his charge IMPERIA, winner of the race who finished 5th in the previous race that his charge was injured in Race No. 92 and thereafter ran in Race No. 120 where the filly ran with a tough bunch and finished 5th as compared the present race which being a weaker set and Jockey could easily hit the front and set his own pace and went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge as she was running after one month gap but given her a chance, noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charge races more consistently in future, failing which he will be liable for severe disciplinary action as deemed fit. IMPERIA (Deepak Singh) winner of the race is sampled.

 Jockey Mohit Singh (HOPING STAR) was cautioned for shifting in soon after the start in the process crowding the runners drawn on his inside.

 STAR RACER (Surya Prakash) was forced to check at about the 700 mtrs due to crowding of runners racing in front. STAR RACER (Surya Prakash) returned bleeding from left nostril.

 Explanation of App. Ajay Kumar (SHADOW FAX) that due to fast initial pace, he was unable to position his mount well up with the field in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he did his best was noted for future reference.
