 After the race, Jockey N. S. Parmar (TURN AND BURN) reported that until approaching the 600 metres his mount was inclined outwards, despite his efforts. After the race, TURN AND BURN was found to have an injury on left nostril.
Melody In Motion
 At the start, MELODY IN MOTION (Akshay Kumar, dr.11) veered out and had to be steadied. After the race, MELODY IN MOTION was trotted and found to be sound.
Memphis
 Approaching the 800 metres, TOUCH OF GOLD (Santosh G.) shifted in thereby tightening MEMPHIS (Neeraj Rawal) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey Santosh G. has been cautioned.
Regoli
 After the race, Jockey C. S. Jodha (REGOLI) reported that his mount was inclined outwards throughout the race despite his efforts due to which he could not ride out his mount and trailed the field for major part of the race. After the race, REGOLI was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore, as such, the filly has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Touch Of Gold
 Approaching the 800 metres, TOUCH OF GOLD (Santosh G.) shifted in thereby tightening MEMPHIS (Neeraj Rawal) causing the latter to be checked. Jockey Santosh G. has been cautioned.

 Soon after the start, Jockey N. S. Parmar (READY TO RUMBLE) in his efforts to settle his mount shifted out thereby bumping and inconveniencing BREAK POINT (R. Ajinkya), thereafter, approaching the 1200 metres, DESERT CLASSIC (Akshay Kumar) shied outwards due to which READY TO RUMBLE shifted out thereby carrying BREAK POINT outwards.
The Panther
 THE PANTHER (P. Trevor, dr.3) lost its footing and stumbled as soon as the start was affected. After the race, THE PANTHER was scoped at the sampling yard and was observed to have EIPH (Gr. III) and is not to race for the stipulated ban period of four weeks. The colt has to be passed fit by the Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. After the race, DIVINE HOPE was trotted and found to be sound and THE PANTHER was found to have a gum injury.
Desert Classic
 Soon after the start, Jockey N. S. Parmar (READY TO RUMBLE) in his efforts to settle his mount shifted out thereby bumping and inconveniencing BREAK POINT (R. Ajinkya), thereafter, approaching the 1200 metres, DESERT CLASSIC (Akshay Kumar) shied outwards due to which READY TO RUMBLE shifted out thereby carrying BREAK POINT outwards.
Divine Hope
 It was observed that Jockey S. Saqlain (DIVINE HOPE) used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. After the race, Jockey S. Saqlain (DIVINE HOPE) reported that his mount hung out throughout the race and veered out in the final 100 metres, despite his efforts. In view of a similar behavior of the gelding in his previous start. Trainer M. Narredu has been asked to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards, before next accepting to race. After the race, DIVINE HOPE was trotted and found to be sound and THE PANTHER was found to have a gum injury.

Spanish Eyes
 In the final stages of the race, SPANISH EYES (P. Trevor) was observed to have stumbled. After the race, SPANISH EYES was trotted and found to be sound, COME SEPTEMBER was observed to have lost its right hind shoe and PERFECT LIGHT was trotted and found to be sound but was found to have an injury above left hind fetlock.
Aafreen
 AAFREEN (Neeraj Rawal, dr.1) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer S. K. Sunderji has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Come September
 After the race, SPANISH EYES was trotted and found to be sound, COME SEPTEMBER was observed to have lost its right hind shoe and PERFECT LIGHT was trotted and found to be sound but was found to have an injury above left hind fetlock.
Perfect Light
 PERFECT LIGHT (C. S. Jodha, dr.7) was reluctant to be stalled. Trainer Imtiaz A. Sait has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race After the race, SPANISH EYES was trotted and found to be sound, COME SEPTEMBER was observed to have lost its right hind shoe and PERFECT LIGHT was trotted and found to be sound but was found to have an injury above left hind fetlock.
Pyrite
 After the race, Jockey Vivek G. (PYRITE) reported that his mount veered out in the final stages of the race, despite his efforts. Trainer S. Waheed has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.

 It was observed that passing the 800 metres, ASHFORD dropped back and thereafter trailed the field. After the race, ASHFORD was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by right fore, as such, the filly has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.
Marmaris
 MARMARIS (Akshay Kumar, dr.2) lost about three lengths at the start. Trainer Aman Altaf Husssain has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race
Spirit Bay
 On arrival at the starting gates, at the request of the Jockey C. S. Jodha, SPIRIT BAY was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by left fore, as such, the mare was permitted to be withdrawn before coming under the Starter`s order and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

 After the race, Jockey M. S. Deora (PURE FOR SURE) reported loss of whip near 350 metres. This being his 2nd instance during the current Mumbai Meeting 2023/24, he has been fined Rs.2,000/. After the race, PURE FOR SURE was trotted and found to be sound. Joc. M. S. Deora (PURE FOR SURE) – fined Rs.2,000/
Animous
 After the race, ANIMOUS was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. and was found to be sore by left fore, as such, the mare has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. STREET SENSE & ANIMOUS to be passed fit by Club’s V.O.
Malet Spring
 The urine samples of the winner of the 1st 5th & 7th race, viz. FAST APPROACH, BUBBLY BOY & MALET SPRING, and the special sample of THE PANTHER (7th race), were collected for detection of prohibited substance.
Street Sense
 At the request of Trainer S. Waheed, STREET SENSE was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at 09:00 a.m. on 17th March 2024, at the stables and was found to be sore by left fore and swelling on left tendon, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race. STREET SENSE & ANIMOUS to be passed fit by Club’s V.O.
