| A Stewards enquiry was held immediately after the running of the race, with particular reference to the jump out of SPECULATOR. Having considered the evidence tendered by Jockey P Trevor, the Starters, taking into consideration the recommendation of the Stipendiary Steward and acting on their own observations after repeatedly viewing the CCTV replay of the race, the Stewards were convinced that b h SPECULATOR turned its head to the right within fractions of a second before the start was effected and thereby was slow to begin. The Stewards decided that no further action was required into the incident. Thereafter, “all clear” signal was hoisted. |

| ALMAS planted and thereafter swung around as the start was effected, dislodging the rider. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter. Further, Tr.
