 As Jockey Mustakim Alam could not arrive in time to fulfil his riding engagement in this race due to delay in flight schedule, Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was permitted to substitute Jockey Sujit Kr Paswan to ride his charge TENDER HEART. TENDER HEART drifted outwards passing the distance post in spite of Jockey’s best efforts. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal has been advised to take appropriate remedial measures.
Sun Flare
 The side cheek piece used on SUN FLARE came off after the start. Tr. B Mahesh was advised to be more careful while applying equipments on his charges in future.
Diamond Gold
 DIAMOND GOLD was very difficult to load. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

 An objection was lodged by Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SICILY placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Antony Raj S, the rider of WONDERFUL placed 1st on the grounds of “passing the 500 metres the winner came sharply on to horse No. 3 (JOKSHAN) and after that he took my ground for which I checked and had to stop riding which cost me a certain race”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Neeraj Rawal and Antony Raj S, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards, decided to overrule the objection and let the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted.
Jokshan
 JOKSHAN, DUBAI PRINCE, ALGOZE and SICILY were difficult to load. An objection was lodged by Jockey Neeraj Rawal, the rider of SICILY placed 2nd by the Judge against Jockey Antony Raj S, the rider of WONDERFUL placed 1st on the grounds of “passing the 500 metres the winner came sharply on to horse No. 3 (JOKSHAN) and after that he took my ground for which I checked and had to stop riding which cost me a certain race”. Dubai Prince
 JOKSHAN, DUBAI PRINCE, ALGOZE and SICILY were difficult to load. DUBAI PRINCE finished the race detached from the field. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised not to accept with his charge until it was capable of a better performance.
Horus The Great
 Tr. Patrick Quinn was reprimanded for the late arrival of his charge HORUS THE GREAT to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. The trainer was further advised to ensure that his charges arrive on time in future.
Algoze
 JOKSHAN, DUBAI PRINCE, ALGOZE and SICILY were difficult to load. Jockey R S Bhati (ALGOZE) reported that his mount was slow to begin.
Sicily
 JOKSHAN, DUBAI PRINCE, ALGOZE and SICILY were difficult to load. Further, following the race day morning the gelding was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on right fore. Tr. Sabeel Shariff was advised not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Cyrenaica
 CYRENAICA was difficult to load. Jockey P Surya (CYRENAICA) was reprimanded for shifting course to the outside passing the 150 metres causing a check to KING ROGER.

5 (25) THE MARIINSKY HANDICAP

 The explanation of Jockey Yash Narredu (BUCKLEY) that he was inconvenienced by ALL TIME LEGEND which jumped outwards and had to perforce ride his mount off the pace, thereafter when he pulled out his mount for a final effort he was further interfered by ETERNAL PRINCESS passing the distance post but for which his mount would have finished much closer at the finish, was noted. Jockey P Surya (ETERNAL PRINCESS) was fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/ for allowing his mount to drift out, more so under the use of the whip, passing the distance post inconveniencing BUCKLEY on his outside.
Eternal Princess
 ETERNAL PRINCESS arrived late to the start with the grooms making no efforts to reach the gates on time, thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Rajesh Narredu had been warned earlier for late arrival of his charges to the start, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/. The explanation of Jockey Yash Narredu (BUCKLEY) that he was inconvenienced by ALL TIME LEGEND which jumped outwards and had to perforce ride his mount off the pace, thereafter when he pulled out his mount for a final effort he was further interfered by ETERNAL PRINCESS passing the distance post but for which his mount would have finished much closer at the finish, was noted.  THOUSAND WORDS arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Patrick Quinn had been fined and warned earlier for late arrival of his charges to the start, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/. Jockey Hindu Singh (THOUSAND WORDS) reported that his mount was hanging out in the straight in spite of his best efforts.
Leather Back
 LEATHER BACK was very difficult to load. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.

 RIMEL stood flat footed as the start was effected losing considerable ground at the Start. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked.
Jean Lafette
 Jockey P Surya (JEAN LAFETTE) reported that his mount brushed against the gates as the start was effected.
