 DEEP IN MY HEART (Nikhil Naidu) which was fractious in its stall, was eased up by its rider passing the 200 metres. On veterinary examination the filly was found to be trotting sound. Jockey Nikhil Naidu was advised against the undesirable practice of easing up his mount.

 ELITE was difficult to load. Tr. Vikash Jaiswal was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again.
Diamond Gold
 Jockey A Sandesh (DIAMOND GOLD) reported that his mount was slow out of the gates, sluggish in the initial stages of the race but was finishing on, was noted.

 PRINCE ABIR was difficult to load. Jockey Muzammil Hashmi (PRINCE ABIR) was reprimanded for failing to improve position in the middle stages of the race till well into the straight. Tr. Shafiq Khan was advised to ensure that his charges are run and ridden in such manner that leaves no room for query.

 ALL TIME LEGEND and MULTISTARRER arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Rutherford Alford had been warned earlier for the late arrival of his charge, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/.
Multistarrer
 ALL TIME LEGEND and MULTISTARRER arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Rutherford Alford had been warned earlier for the late arrival of his charge, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/.
Tuscany
 TUSCANY played up on its way to the start and had to be led to the gates, delaying the proceedings of the race. Tr. Aashay Doctor was advised to school his charge better to avoid disciplinary action. TUSCANY was difficult to load and fly jumped out from the gates, throwing its head around. The Veterinary Officer reported that TUSCANY returned with a cut injury on left hind.

 IVANHOE which was fractious to be stalled, was slow to begin.
Black Coffee
 BLACK COFFEE and ZUCARDI were difficult to load. RIMEL was slow to begin.

 BLACK COFFEE and ZUCARDI were difficult to load. RIMEL was slow to begin. Jockey R Vaibhav (ZUCARDI) was fined a sum of Rs. 3,000/ for excessive use of the whip (1st infringement).

Smash Shot
 SMASH SHOT arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar had been warned earlier for late arrival of his charges, he has now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/. On the morning of 11th September, 2024 ch c SMASH SHOT was examined by the Veterinary Officer and found to be lame on left fore. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was informed not to accept with his charge until certified fit by the Veterinary Officer.
Celtic Harlequin
 CELTIC HARLEQUIN which was fractious in its stall, jumped awkwardly from the gates.

4 (43) THE SILVER FOX HANDICAP

 MEROPI, ETERNAL PRINCESS and THOUSAND WORDS arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Trs. Aashay Doctor, Rajesh Narredu and Patrick Quinn had been warned and fined earlier for the late arrival of their charges, they have now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/, 5,000/ and Rs. 5,000/ respectively.
Eternal Princess
 MEROPI, ETERNAL PRINCESS and THOUSAND WORDS arrived late to the start thereby delaying the proceedings of the race. As Trs. Aashay Doctor, Rajesh Narredu and Patrick Quinn had been warned and fined earlier for the late arrival of their charges, they have now been fined a sum of Rs. 2,000/, 5,000/ and Rs. 5,000/ respectively. THOUSAND WORDS jumped inwards tightening the horses on his inside, the chief sufferer being ETERNAL PRINCESS. Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of THOUSAND WORDS, was advised to make greater efforts to maintain a straight course on his mounts in future.
La Dominate
 LA DOMINATE and BLACKSTONE were difficult to load. An objection was lodged by Jockey Mukesh Kumar, the rider of LA DOMINATE placed 4th by the Judge against Jockey R Vaibhav, the rider of THOUSAND WORDS placed 3rd on the grounds of “as soon as the start was given, he came sharply on to me before the red marker, I could not place myself in 1st or 2nd position as instructed and in the straight he was travelling inside, kept on drifting out and took my ground which cost me a certain 3rd place”. The Stewards after interviewing Jockeys Mukesh Kumar and R Vaibhav, viewing the CCTV replay of the race and taking into consideration the opinion expressed by the Stipendiary Stewards, decided to overrule the objection and let the Judge’s placings to remain unaltered. The “All Clear” signal was ordered to be hoisted.

Lady Sunshine
 Jockey Antony Raj S when questioned regarding the performance of his mount LADY SUNSHINE stated that his mount which missed the jump, grabbed the bit passing the 400 metres drifting to the outer portion of the race track in spite of his best efforts. The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the filly, submit his report and on examination, while the filly was found to be trotting sound, it was found to have 2 caps and sharp molars which was attended to by the Veterinary Department. Tr. Bharath Singh was advised be more careful in this regard in future.

6 (45) THE STEWARDS CUP

 For failing to declare weights in respect of his charges COOL RIDER and ETOSHA, Tr. Neil Darashah was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/.
Tigrio
 TIGRIO planted, losing considerable ground at the start. The Starting Stall Certificate has been revoked by the Starter.
Etosha
 For failing to declare weights in respect of his charges COOL RIDER and ETOSHA, Tr. Neil Darashah was fined a sum of Rs. 1,000/. bg ETOSHA (Neeraj Rawal) was observed to suddenly drop back from about the 600 metres, dive towards the outside, crash into the outer railing and fall on to the training track along with the Jockey. The gelding was observed to have bled profusely from both nostrils and suffered a deep cut on its neck. Veterinary aid was provided to ETOSHA and is under treatment. Jockey Neeraj Rawal was given immediate medical attention and rushed to the Hospital for further medical management.

7 (46) THE RICHIE RICH HANDICAP

 An enquiry has been opened into the improved performance of dk b f NORWEGIAN WOOD, trained by Mr. Bharath Singh and ridden by Jockey Antony Raj S as compared to its previous run in Race No.18, `The Elistano Handicap`, held on 13th August, 2024 where the filly finished unplaced.
Sagittarii
 SAGITTARII and BORN TO BE SPOILT were slow to begin.
I Smell The Danger
 I SMELL THE DANGER (Arman Khan) dropped back from about the 400 metres of the race and was completely eased up by its rider. On questioning Jockey Arman Khan stated that his mount had nothing left “in the tank” and was not striding out and as such he eased it up. On veterinary examination the gelding was found to be trotting sound. Tr. Sabeel Shariff has been advised not to accept with his charge until shown to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards in a mock race and further to give his charge adequate time before accepting to run in races.
Born To Be Spoilt
