 Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (TORCHBEARER) in the presence of Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh that his mount suddenly lost hind action at about the 950 mtrs and veered out because of which he got unbalanced in the saddle and dropped back and thereafter the gelding did not raise a fluent gallop inspite of his best efforts. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer with regard to the dismal performance of his charge, noted for future reference.

 Explanation of Jockey Mohit Singh (AMBOSELI) that his mount did not raise a fluent gallop throughout the race inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer Bharat Singh was advised for a better performance in future.

 Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (KNOTTY SENORITA) that his saddle slipped at about the 600 mtrs as such he could not ride out his mount to complete advantage thereafter was noted. Trainer A. Imran Khan was however fined Rs. 5000/ for negligence in discharging his duties with regard to saddling of his charge, whose saddle slipped during running of the race.

 Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (KALKI) that his instructions were to sit 5th/6th and wait until the 300 metres as his mount has a small dash which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not raise a winning gallop, was confirmed by Trainer Bharat Singh and noted for future reference.
Hoping Sky
 HOPING SKY (Mohit Singh) walked out of the gates and refused to gallop, SSC revoked. Trainer Jasbir Singh was advised to show his charge in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Stewards before next accepting in a race.

 Explanation of Jockey Deepak Singh (NIGHTMARE) in the presence of Trainer G Sandeep that his instructions were to sit close 5th/6th, pull out in the straight and give a clear run which he tried to follow until entering the straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot in the straight inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer G. Sandeep while confirming the above added that he too was baffled with the running of his charge and has no plausible explanation to offer. The Trainer has been informed that an enquiry has been opened into to dismal performance of his charge NIGHTMARE (Deepak Singh) in this race. Veterinary examination of NIGHTMARE (Deepak Singh) revealed that though the mare was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer G. Sandeep was fined a sum of Rs.2000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

 Jockey Surya Prakash (DIVINE DESTINY) was fined Rs.2000/for shifting out at about the 250 metres on to WALLOP AND GALLOP (P.Ajeeth Kumar) resulting in causing inconvenience to LADY DANGER ( B. Nikhil) and SUN DANCER ( A A Vikrant).
Brooklyn Beauty
 Jockey P. Sai Kumar (BROOKLYN BEAUTY) was cautioned for failing to ride out his mount past the post though on a beaten horse.
Lady Danger
 Jockey Surya Prakash (DIVINE DESTINY) was fined Rs.2000/for shifting out at about the 250 metres on to WALLOP AND GALLOP (P.Ajeeth Kumar) resulting in causing inconvenience to LADY DANGER ( B. Nikhil) and SUN DANCER ( A A Vikrant). LADY DANGER (B. Nikhil) was observed to have sustained bleeding cut injury over right hind. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.

 Jockey Surya Prakash (DIVINE DESTINY) was fined Rs.2000/for shifting out at about the 250 metres on to WALLOP AND GALLOP (P.Ajeeth Kumar) resulting in causing inconvenience to LADY DANGER ( B. Nikhil) and SUN DANCER ( A A Vikrant).
