Ravinder Singh with regard to the improved performance of his charge CALISTA GIRL (Gaurav Singh) winner of this race, who finished off board in the previous race that his instructions in the previous race was to go to front or sit close 2nd/3rd, however, his charge failed to take level jump and due to fast initial pace, App. was forced to brush up his charge in the initial stages of the race to sit well up with the field resulting in the filly got tired and dropped back in the final 150 mtrs inspite of Apprentices efforts as compared to the present race which being a weaker bunch where the Jockey could easily positioned his mount and followed the instructions and gave a clear run . The Trainer added that due to underfoot condition and also a better Jockey in the saddle has added to his charges advantage and the filly went on to win the race. The Trainer further added that he had not fancied his charge but gave a chance, was noted. The Trainer was however cautioned to ensure that his charges race more consistently in future.
