 Jockey B Harish, the rider of REAL LEGEND was fined Rs.3,000/ for shifting `in’ and causing interference to INFINITEPOSIBILITY (M Rajesh Kumar) on his inside and thereafter for shifting `out’ and taking out D GOLDEN CUP (Salman Khan) on his outside, between the 1100 Metres and the 1000 Metres. Jockey Salman Khan, the rider of D GOLDEN CUP was fined Rs.5,000/ for not making sufficient effort to improve his position rounding the bend and thereafter for not riding out his mount in the closing stages of the race.

 BASIC INSTINCT (Afsar Khan) was impounded for veterinary examination and upon examination of the mouth, it was found to have few caps.

 Permission was to Trainer Mr. Pratap Kamath M to withdraw his charge EYE THE MIND (Akash Agarwal), from the above Race as it was found to have sustained a hoof abscess on the right fore. He was informed that he must produce a Fitness Certificate from the Club`s Veterinary Officer before accepting with it, again.

 It was observed that AGAINST ALL ODDS (S Imran) stumbled, at the 1200 Metres.
Many Moons
 Jockey Abhishek Mhatre, the rider of MANY MOONS, reported that his mount was not galloping fluently throughout the Race. Trainer Mr. Dinesh Pujar was informed to ensure better performance of his charge in future.
Fifty Grand
 FIFTY GRAND (M Rajesh Kumar) was slowly away and lost few lengths at the start. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. P C Tejaswi was informed not to accept with it again, until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in One Jump Out on a Starting Gate Practice Day.
Miracle Honey
 MIRACLE HONEY (V R Jagdeesh) drifted out alarmingly in the last 100 metres despite the best efforts of the rider to keep it on a straight course and thereafter finished the race on the outer sand track. The horse was impounded for veterinary examination, but no abnormality; However, Trainer Mr. Ashwin Rao was informed to take appropriate corrective measures before accepting with it again.

Twilight Fame
 Jockey Mohammed Mushraf, the rider of TWILIGHT FAME was fined Rs.5,000/for not making sufficient effort to improve his position, right from the Start till rounding the bend and entering the Straight and thereafter, for not making sufficient effort to ride out his mount, in the closing stages of the Race.
Natural Hunter
 NATURAL HUNTER (Shyam Kumar) planted and took no part in the race. In view of its behaviour, Trainer Mr. Vinesh V Naik was informed not to accept with it again, until its behaviour improved to the satisfaction of the Stipendiary Steward in ONE MOCK RACE on a Race Day, on the Race Track.
Gilded Butterfly
 Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the rider of GILDED BUTTERFLY complained of giddiness behind the Starting Gates and hence he was certified medically unfit to ride. Under these circumstances, it was permitted to be withdrawn from the above Race, before coming under the Starter’s Orders.

 MYSTIC BOND (Akimasa Phanthura) accidentally brushed the railings, before passing the Red Marker Post.
Kingofthejungle
 As Jockey M Rajesh Kumar, the declared rider of KINGOFTHEJUNGLE, was certified medically unfit to ride, permission was granted to Trainer Mr. Vikram Appachu to substitute Jockey B Harish to ride KINGOFTHEJUNGLE in place of the declared rider.
