 On being questioned regarding running and riding of ASHWA SABIRA Trainer S Nawab stated that he had instructed the rider to sit 4/5 and do his best in the straight. Jockey Pawan Sharma confirmed the instructions and said that initially due to horses in front of him he could not improve position and thereafter he has done his best.

 At the start, MASTER VAN DYCK (R Manish) took a flying jump and lost about a length.
