 Explanation of Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar (LUCKY ZONE) in the presence of Trainer L V R Deshmukh that his instructions were to sit close with front runners, but due to fast initial pace, he could not follow the instructions in the initial stages of the race and in the straight he was denied a clear run due to wall of horses racing infront, as such he shifted out at about the 300 mtrs to make his final move. As this confirmed our observation, the Jockey’s explanation was noted for future reference.
Armstrong
 Explanation of Jockey Akshay Kumar (ARMSTRONG) that his instructions were to go to front but due to fast initial pace, he could not go to front in the initial stages of the race and in the straight when asked for an effort, his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts. Trainer A. Imran Khan while confirming the above added that his charge always relished whilst running in front and in the previous race his charge ran with age group horses in lower category, the gelding could easily go to front and win. In this race, the company being tougher with fast moving horses and also due to fast initial pace his charge could not able to go to front and further opined that he will run his charge in longer trip races in future and also opined that in this race his charge ran to its potential was noted for future reference. App. Md. Ekram Alam (MALIBU) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process taking the ground of ARMSTRONG (Akshay Kumar).
Delhi Heights
 Jockey Mukesh Kumar (DELHI HEIGHTS) was severely cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the winning post. DELHI HEIGHTS ( Mukesh Kumar) winner of the race is sampled.
Malibu
 App. Md. Ekram Alam (MALIBU) was cautioned for shifting in at about the 800 mtrs in the process taking the ground of ARMSTRONG (Akshay Kumar).

 PAINTED APACHE (Surya Prakash) was slow into stride losing about 2 or 3 lengths and thereafter the gelding trailed the field throughout the race, finishing the course distance behind. Trainer L.V.R. Deshmukh was advised for a better performance in future.

 Consequent to Jockey A. Ashhad Asbar having been declared medically unfit to ride, the Stewards of the Club permitted Jockey P. Sai Kumar to be substituted on ANZIO. Explanation of Jockey P. Sai Kumar (ANZIO) that his mount ducked in at about the 300 mtrs catching him unaware and thereafter he did his best was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.3000/ for tender handling of his mount soon after entering the straight.

 Explanation of Jockey Afroz Khan (KENAF) that his mount dropped back from about the 300 mtrs whilst traveling in front inspite of his best efforts, noted. Trainer L D Silva was advised for a better performance in future.
Blissful
 Explanation of App. Md. Ekram Alam (BLISSFUL) that his mount dropped back in the final 100 mtrs whilst traveling in front inspite of his best efforts, noted. The App. was however, cautioned for dropping his hands before passing the winning post. Trainer K. Satheesh was advised for a better performance in future.

Trainer D. Netto was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.

 App. Ajay Kumar ( BLACK DUST) and Jockey Rafique Sk (RARE VUE) were cautioned for shifting in & out respectively soon after start in the process bumping each other. CUTIE PIE (Md. Ismail), RARE VUE (Rafique Sk) and BLACK DUST (App. Ajay Kumar) trailed the field throughout the race. Respective Trainers M F Ali Khan, Sk. Waseem Ahmed and K.S.V. Prasad Raju were advised for better performance in future. Veterinary examination of BLACK DUST (App. Ajay Kumar) after the race revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer K.S.V. Prasad Raju was fined Rs.1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

 LORVEN LUV was observed to have developed capped elbow on right fore with discharging sinus, as such the gelding was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds.
First Lady
 FIRST LADY (Kuldeep Singh (Sr) was examined at the Starting gates and was observed to have sustained cut injury over right hind while loading, as such the filly was permitted to be withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders. FIRST LADY reared up inside the stalls and got injured, as such permitted to the withdrawn on Veterinary grounds before coming under starters orders.
