However, the gelding appeared to be showing improvement in its condition after its last run”. Other than this the Trainer could give no plausible explanations. Not being satisfied with the explanation tendered, the Trainer was fined a sum of Rs. 10,000/ for failing to explain the improved performance of his charge and warned to be more cautious about the running of his charges in future. |
