 Explanation of Jockey Nakhat Singh (AMBITIOUS STAR ) that his mount whilst running with the field, suddenly lost his footing after passing the patch at about 400 mtrs and broke down at about the 300 mtrs resulting him he dislodged from the mount. As this confirmed our observation, no action beyond noting the same was taken.

Subsequent Veterinary examination revealed that the mare was observed to have cut injury over left hind. However, the mare was trotting sound after the race.

Nikhil (DHANADEEPA) was Fined Rs.5000/ for shifting in 100 mtrs after the start in the process causing interference to CATCHME IF YOU CAN (Mukesh Kumar) and thereafter CATCHME IF YOU CAN (Mukesh Kumar) did not raise a fluent gallop. DHANADEEPA (B. Nikhil), HOPING WIND (App. Kuldeep Singh) and ANAHITA (Santosh Raj N R) trailed the field throughout the race and finished the course at the rear end of the field. Respective Trainers S S F Hassan, deputizing for Trainer Magan Singh Parmar, Jasbir Singh and N. Rawal were advised for a better performance in future. Veterinary examination of DHANADEEPA (B. Nikhil) revealed that though the gelding was trotting sound but has sharp molars on both sides. Trainer S S F Hassan, deputizing for Trainer Magan Singh Parmar was fined Rs.1000/ for negligence in discharging his duties in presenting of his charge for a race.

Nikhil (NITYASUNDARA) that his instructions were to go to front which he tried to follow until entering straight and thereafter when asked for an effort, his mount shortened her strides in the final stages of the race inspite of his best efforts was not accepted and the Jockey was fined Rs.5,000/ taking long lead until entering into straight resulting in the filly tired and dropped back in the final stages of the race. Subsequent Veterinary examination of NITYASUNDARA (B. Nikhil) revealed that filly was observed to be walking lame on left fore due to tendon strain.

 Jockey Mohit Singh (CHAR EK CHAR) was fined Rs.5000/ for excessive use of whip.
Blue Brigade
 Explanation of Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (BLUE BRIGADE) in the presence of Trainer S. Sreekanth that his instructions were to position close with front runners but as his mount jumped out slowly about 1 or 2 length, he could not positioned his mount close with the front runners and thereafter in the straight his mount did not show any turn of foot inspite of his best efforts was confirmed by Trainer S. Sreekant was noted for future reference. Jockey Kuldeep Singh (Sr) (BLUE BRIGADE) was fined Rs.5000/ for excessive use of whip. Race No. 8: BLUE BRIGADE slow out by 2 lengths. Trainer S. Sreekanth was advised to show his charge at the gates before next accepting in a race.
