 At the start ARKADIAN (P. Trevor, dr.2) jumped outwards and made contact with ALPINE STAR (Vishal N. Bunde, dr.3).
Regal Command
 REGAL COMMAND (Bhawani Singh, dr.4) threw its head up as the start was effected thereby losing about four lengths at the start. After the race, Jockey Bhawani Singh reported that the handler held on to the ear of the gelding even after the gates had opened. Having seen the video recording from various angles, the necessary action has been taken against the handler.
Arkadian
 At the start ARKADIAN (P. Trevor, dr.2) jumped outwards and made contact with ALPINE STAR (Vishal N. Bunde, dr.3). The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the running and riding of ARKADIAN (P. Trevor) and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, ARKADIAN was trotted and found to be sound.

 Approaching the 2300 metres, it was observed that GORDON (R. Ajinkya) threw its head up, was inclined outwards and had to be steadied resulting in making contact with TIEPOLO (P. Trevor) who leaned inwards at the same time, due to this incident CALIPH (A. Sandesh) racing on its haunches had to be checked.
Caliph

Zacharias
 After the race, ZACHARIAS was trotted at the stables and found to be sound.

 Jockey Akshay Kumar (DYF) was observed to have used the whip in excess of the prescribed limit on his mount. This being his third offence during the current Mumbai Meeting 2024/25, he has been suspended for 2 race days i.e. on 23rd January & 1st February 2025 (permitted to ride work/mock race).
Juliette
 JULIETTE (C. S. Jodha, dr.1), RASPUTIN (Vishal N. Bunde, dr.4) and ZUCCARO (P. Trevor, dr.7) lost about two lengths each at the start. The Stipendiary Stewards are looking into the running and riding of JULIETTE (C. S. Jodha) and ZUCCARO (P. Trevor) and a report will be submitted shortly. After the race, JULIETTE was trotted and found to be sound.
Zuccaro

Madam Rich
 At the request of Trainer B. Prithviraj, MADAM RICH was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O. at 09:30 a.m. on 28th December 2024, at the stables and was found to have painful swelling on right fore tendon with sore right fore, as such, the filly was certified unfit to race and was permitted to be withdrawn on veterinary grounds and has to be passed fit by Club’s V.O., before next accepting to race.

 Passing the 250 metres, PALADIN (Bhawani Singh) shied inwards under the use of whip thereby inconveniencing STORM (T. S. Jodha) who had to be checked resulting in the latter to brush the haunches of APPLAUSE (S. Zervan). After the race, Jockey S. Zervan (APPLAUSE) reported that his mount hungout in the straight, despite his efforts. Trainer Altamash A. Ahmed has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race. After the race, APPLAUSE was trotted and found to be sound. WIND DANCER was observed to have an injury on right hind below stifle.
Land Of Plenty
 LAND OF PLENTY (App. Haridas Gore, dr.9) was reluctant to be stalled thereafter lost about four lengths at the start. Trainer Subhag SIngh has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the colt to the satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race.
Paladin
 Passing the 250 metres, PALADIN (Bhawani Singh) shied inwards under the use of whip thereby inconveniencing STORM (T. S. Jodha) who had to be checked resulting in the latter to brush the haunches of APPLAUSE (S. Zervan).

 After the race, Jockey A. Prakash (YOU) reported loss of whip passing the 600 metres. This being the second instance during the current Mumbai meeting 2024/25, Jockey A. Prakash has been fined Rs.2,000/. After the race, Jockey A. Prakash (YOU) reported that his mount hung out throughout the race despite his efforts. Trainer Imtiaz A.Sait has been asked to take remedial measures, before next accepting to race.
Wind Dancer
 After being stalled, WIND DANCER (Akshay Kumar, dr.10) was continuously lashing out, as such the filly was taken out and in view of her fractious behavior the filly was withdrawn before coming under the Starters order. In view of the same and a similar behavior of the filly in her previous outing, Trainer Dallas Todywalla has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the filly in a mock race to the satisfaction of the Starter, before next accepting to race. After the race, APPLAUSE was trotted and found to be sound. WIND DANCER was observed to have an injury on right hind below stifle.

Divine Intuition
 On arrival at the starting gate, DIVINE INTUITION (T. S. Jodha) was observed to have a gum injury. As such, the gelding was examined by the Club’s Sr. V.O., who certified him fit to race. Approaching the 150 metres, DIVINE INTUITION (T. S. Jodha) leaned inwards onto UNTITLED (S. A. Amit). Jockey T. S. Jodha has been cautioned. It was observed that the saddle used on DIVINE INTUITION (T. S. Jodha) shifted behind during the race. This being the first instance of faulty saddling during the current Mumbai Meeting 2024/25, Trainer Aman Altaf Hussain has been fined Rs.2,000/. The urine samples of the winner of the 1st, 6th & 7th race, viz. CHAGALL, CINDERELLA’S DREAM & DIVINE INTUITION and the special samples of JULIETTE (5th race), were collected for detection of prohibited substances. Tr. Aman Altaf Hussain (DIVINE INTUITION) – fined Rs.2,000/
Fidato
 FIDATO (S. J. Sunil, dr.1) planted and lost considerable ground at the start. Trainer Narendra Lagad has been asked to give his charge more gate practice and show the gelding to the Satisfaction of the Starter at morning starting trials, before next accepting to race. Lion King
 LION KING (K. G. Likith Appu) got loose after reaching the starting gates and was apprehended at the 2000 metres marker. As such, Trainer Shazaan Shah was contacted and with his due consent, the gelding was withdrawn before coming under the Starter’s order.
