The Veterinary Officer was requested to examine the gelding and submit his report. Post race endoscopy of the gelding revealed no abnormalities and it was trotting sound. Tr. Dr. Anil Kumar was advised not to accept with his charge until capable of a better performance. |

| WINTER STAR was very difficult to load. Tr. Neil Darashah was advised to give his charge adequate gate practice before accepting with it again. The instructions were confirmed by Tr. Patrick Quinn. Not being satisfied with the riding efforts of the apprentice, more so to follow the Trainer’s instructions and for allowing his mount to unnecessarily drift out in the straight, the Stipendiary Stewards decided to suspend App Sonu Mishra from riding in races on 12th January & 17th January, 2025 for the indifferent handling of his mount. Since App Sonu Mishra had earlier been fined for similar kind of riding, Master Trainer Dr. Anil Kumar has been advised to be more discreet while permitting his apprentice to ride in races. |
